Lou did a great job colouring & cutting my hair today. Love the blonde highlights achieved on my dark roots. Lovely head massage followed by some lovely waves to finish it off :) Very happy with the result thank you

First time my daughter had her hair cut at toni&guy all the staff made her feel so relaxed and welcome very polite team all round they spoke to her treated her lovely and was very calm with her my daughter has autism so she can become very nervous and upset at going to new places but the team at toni&guy in hereford made her experience great she can't wait to come back she has her stylist and cutter luke hes great and she had ethan who blow dried her hair and straighten it for her she was so happy after and she loved her hair we both definitely be returning back l had my hair cut by luke also love what hes does with my hair it feel so much light

Well ... where to start

I received a voucher for the salon for Christmas, I had put off using the voucher until I really needed a haircut and due to Covid I wasn’t able to use my normal means.

I was apprehensive to use It, as I feared there was a certain stigma attached to visiting this kind of salon.

I was greeted with a very warm and kind welcome, the salon was busy and had a nice atmosphere. Very clean.

I then met the stylist who was going to wash , cut and blow dry my hair.

His name was Luke, what a legend... he was not only a fantastic communicator but an equally awesome hair stylist.

Thank you very much Luke your company are blessed to have a member of staff like you.

I loved my hair and loved the experience within this premises. I will be back

The staff are friendly, polite and extremely professional, the atmosphere is very relaxed and comfortable. Everything is clean and sanitized.

Val is amazing! She always listens so carefully to what I’m trying to ask for - interpreting my wishes sensitively and successfully- I always come away happy with my hair. Plus I feel safe in the salon, their Covid-19 safety measures are great.

I had a lovely relaxing time with a stylist taking care to listen and cut my hair just perfectly, I felt safe and was assured by the safety measures she took.

I enjoyed my hair appointment with Lou. I was not kept waiting, offered coffee and felt safe from Covid 19. Lou coloured my hair expertly and quickly and I am very pleased with the result. I still feel it is rather expensive but will come back again regardless

I have had the pleasure of having my hair done here for several years. During this time I have seen several stylists and nothing is ever too much trouble. Lu does my hair now, and goes above and beyond every visit.
Tim and his great team are fab, and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

A warm welcome (COVID19 secure of course), individual sealed packs for each client of mask, towels and gown, quality hair products and knowledgeable advice - and it's all offered with such friendliness.

Always a fabulous experience when I visit Toni and Guy, everyone very friendly.
Excellent measures in place for social distancing so felt very well protected.
My first time appointment with Hayley, she gave me good advise about styling my hair and explained about the best products to use too, I’m very pleased with the cut and the way she styled my hair and was lovely chatting with her too.

An excellent experience, which is the same I get each time I visit. Tim is simply wonderful.
