I think I had a mis communication with my last visit getting highlights. Spoke with Salon and explained my situation. Harringtons didn't hesitate to rebook me in for a redo.. Victoria was fabulous and rectified my colour with a few more added highlights. Amazing customer service. Looking forward to my next visit. Booked in for complimentary appointment - on arrival we discussed blow dry options and decided on diffusing to help reset curls as they had been lost in frizz and years of not treating my hair appropriately. Vicky gave me tips to diffuse at home as well as a list of products she used. She also was the first hairdresser to listen to my needs of wanting my curls back without dismissing and confirmed there are definitely waves/curls. Brilliant service.
