I was asked what I wanted form my haircut and brandi did as I wanted. what she added was a recognition that my hair need not be straight but could be allowed to curl. This gave my hair significantly more texture and body. I was very pleased with the change.

If I were a worse person, I would want to gatekeep how talented Brandi is at cutting and styling hair, so that I can keep getting appointments more easily. Alas, she deserves all the recognition and clients she can handle, because she is incredible at her job, and so I will be recommending her to everyone. My hair looks and feels so good that even my husband keeps doing a double take and telling me how great my hair looks.
Short note: my review of the cleanliness and atmosphere is of the basement level in general.

From the consultation to the appointment itself, everything was explained clearly, I felt comfortable and in control of what was going to happen the whole time. I don't know much about hair at all but Nicole took the time to explain clearly so I knew what I would be getting.
