Brilliant cut and blow dry but the overall visit was disappointing. I look forward to coming to the salon for the whole experience but yesterday it felt I was being rushed. The girl who washed my hair, sorry I don't know her name but she had beautiful long black hair, did not offer me a gown just a paper towel? She then scrubbed my head so hard while shampooing it hurt so much I had to ask her to be more gentle. She then left shampoo in my hair before using conditioner on top. When I mentioned it, she said she did not want to get water in my ears? She then put a gown on me, back to front, by which time my back was damp. The cut was lovely but I was not offered any hairspray/oil/finishing product at the end and I was not shown the back of my head. I left feeling very disappointed rather then feeling fab and relaxed as I normally do. The prices are not cheap here but I have never minded due to the brilliant experience. Yesterday was not brilliant 😕
