I love the cut and tint roots.
It was confusing about the cost.
I paid full price in January, £147.25 then in April I was offered a loyalty discount of £5 for Nicole and £ 5 for heather. ie.£ 137.25 which I was told by Julie in Southampton was the price for the following appointment.
So with the £10 voucher should have been £127.25.
I paid £137.25. today, 3rd July.
So does that mean that the normal charge is £157.25.
I can't find an accurate price list on the website. I do understand that stylists charge different amounts.
So that was a bit upsetting at the end of a good hair cut and colour session.

What a fantastic experience. I have been let down by a few hairdressers before so I was quite nervous. I went in to the salon just to go have a chat. James was so lovely, informative and very reassuring. He gave me the confidence to book an appointment a couple of weeks later. (Just adding that there were obviously appointments sooner but I needed it on a specific day). The cut and style on the day was absolutely amazing. Just what I wanted and needed. Good Hair brings confidence out for everyone and Izzy did such an incredible job. My hair was crying for help and Izzy brought life back to my dead hair. Were it not for the expertise and friendly charm of the staff, Emily and co, I would never be tempted to return to the " Harrington Salon experience".
The underground cellar where I am normally treated was particularly cold and uninviting today. It was Emily s warmth of personality that kept me going whilst I sat freezing in the draughty dismal cellar during the long colour application. Always thoughtful, Emily took me upstairs later on in the afternoon for the blow dry and finish.
I am generally in the salon for circa 2 -3 hours at a time. Given the time ( and expense), I really do expect to be comfortable during the session.
Moreover the floor of the cellar is hazardous and the lighting and general atmosphere leaves a lot to be desired.
The staff are terrific. The treatments are excellent. Cut and colour always cause for compliments.The cappuccino was warm and very welcome. With everything else so clearly suberb, could you go the extra mile and have a salon makeover for the clientele who would appreciate a couple of hours of home comforts, if not unabashed luxury?

As soon as I walked it I was greeted. Offered a drink, I had been given a voucher for my
Birthday and was offered an appointment straight away. My first visit, I felt relaxed I was offered head masssge during my hair wash by Ashley lovely girl. Sue greeted me and went over what I like, took note of what I said we chatted during my cut, was offered products on my hair snd explained why and how they should be used. Felt relaxed and came away with a lovely hair cut ( people noticed straight away) been invited back in 3 weeks for a complimentary wash blow dry. Thank you for making me feel special
