I like this salon. Was taken to the upstairs area for the first time today for my appointment. The mirrors had those Hollywood type lights around the outside of them. I am sensitive to bright lights and found these uncomfortable.

It's hard to find a hairdresser that doesn't want to subdue and tidy my rather unruly curly hair but Sue is the definite exception! From my first visit she listened carefully to what I wanted and then did exactly that! My hair looked great, still wild and bohemian but had been expertly cut so that it felt much lighter and easier to manage. I've been several times since and have been pleased with the result every time. Also Sue is very friendly and chatty so the time just whizzes by. Highly recommend.

The hair colour is very nice and I am happy with that. But I am very disappointed with the person who washed the colour out. She kept kept pulling at my hair every time she asked me to lower my head to the basin, this hurt I had to ask her three time to stop doing it and on the time she will try and be more gentle. She did not wash the back of my hair just wiped it with a cloth and she blowed dried it back including my fringe using a dirty green brush full of someone else’s hair. I have no idea what the back looks like as I was not shown.
