Leah listened to what I wanted, eg I'm trying to grow my fringe but it's driving me crazy, my parting changes, I want a softer look, etc, etc and worked her magic. Would definitely recommend and if I lived locally I would definitely go back

Pleased as usual and nice to have it shorter this weather . Very entertaining as well.

Natalie is amazing. Revamped my style, increased my confidence, has a great eye for what will suit. The salon needs to address their ridiculous system of phoning clients for a deposit (post booking) either take the deposit on booking or not at all. Interrupted my holiday (clearly ignored international dialling tone) to request a deposit. Apart from admin problems the actual hairdressing is first class!

Fantastic service as always! Had a lovely wash and blow-dry with Joe today and I’m all ready for dinner with the husband tonight. Joe is absolutely brilliant with colours, cuts and blow-dries. Lovely, clean salon with such a friendly atmosphere — highly recommend! ❤️

I am delighted with my little makeover - the cut is pure perfection and the colour exactly what I was after. Alex is just consistently brilliant, her attention to detail is second to none. It is not hard to impress someone once but I have been coming to Alex for many years and I always leave super pleased with the result. The whole salon is very well managed, friendly, nothing is too much of a problem.

What a fab stylist, colour and cut superb.

I have been going to Whispers for years and normally stick with the same stylist. I thought I had booked an appointment with her today but I hadn’t confirmed the booking so it didn’t go through. The lady at the desk was so lovely and let me know there was availability with Sam for an hour later, I haven’t had an appointment with Sam before but she was so amazing and listened to everything I had to say about what I wanted, then gave me some advice on how I can get my hair to how I want. She was so great at explaining everything in so much detail and it really made me feel so comfortable. Thank you so much!

Wanted a different style but wasn’t sure there was a way of making my short bob look different. I was wrong. Hayley just took one look at the style I wanted and said that was easy. Left the salon with a new style and feeling very happy thanks to Hayley’s talented expertise

I visited Wispers for the first time at the end of may. Sad to say I would not go back. I booked in for a full head of foils.

I was not happy with the result stating that while there was enough foils put in, my issue was the amount of hair left out of the foils which resulted in not enough hair being bleached to achieve the result I had expected.

After raising with the salon that I was not happy with the result, I was advised at another consultation that they could put more bleach in my hair. But this would result in more damage which they recommended would need a cut. This was following a test strand at a lower developer used at my original appointment.

I then raised this again for the attention of the salon owner as I was not satisfied with this outcome and I never received any response from them. I was contacted by the head stylist... Not the salon owner who I raised the feedback with.

I've since coloured my hair myself blonde and I now have the result I wanted without further damage or having to cut my hair. This is ironic given most standard blonde box dyes have a 30/40 volume developer.

I paid nearly £140 for this service to end up fixing it myself.

Alex is always patient with my questions, hair always is so much better afterwards. She is an excellent stylist but is also good fun! Always enjoy a visit to Whispers
