Very friendly atmosphere and as usual the lovely Kelly cut and coloured my hair just as I like it

Have used this hairdresser for years. People always comment on how well my hair is cut. Mini head and shoulder massage is always nice.

Nice to be back, as always Kelly does a fantastic cut, she is attentive and I always come away loving my hair.

I would like to complement the Waterlooville Salon for the efficient and thorough way they .have implemented the Covid rules.I felt safe and well looked after during my appointment earlier in the week and very happy with my hair style. I literally went in with Brillo pad hair, patchy colour and a poor uneven cut. It took 3.5 hrs of Jess’ abvice & real skill to enable me to walk out with hair as soft as silk, colours that are beautiful and a cut which is precisely perfect!
I cannot recommend Jess more!

I was very warmly welcomed by the receptionist. Everyone was friendly and attentive. My stylist, Pat , was his usual exceptional self! Warm, friendly, cheerful and gave me a fabulous cut and design! Couldn’t have been better!

The staff are always very friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them. Patrick is excellent and always asks how my hair has been and what I would like to be done on this visit.

I first visit the waterlooville salon after the first lockdown . Was very impressed with service and how Cordelle listened to how I wanted my haircut. And as I’ve got hearing aids she those into account when cutting my hair . I also was presented with a lovely candle being my 1st Visit ! And now i after my December visit I have a Christmas card with offers in . Lovely staff .an very pleased I went there .

Cordelle always colours my hair perfectly, just as I like it, and I'm always thrilled with her cutting and styling skills.

I had Laura as a replacement as Patrick was off sick and as ever you are concerned with a new person taking on your hair. However I shouldn’t have been concerned as Laura was exceptionally attentive and I’ve come out with a first class haircut which I’m very pleased with!

My hair looks fabulous as always, Kelly does my hair perfectly and it is always just as I want it, I always leave feeling great and have had a lovely chat with her as a bonus. It’s such a pleasure to go to the Whiteley Salon, everyone is so friendly and helpful and go over and above to make you feel comfortable and safe, which these days is so important, but above all it’s a lovely escape for a couple of hours and you will leave feeling pampered with a spring in your step!!
