Millie always does my hair and does it perfectly to how I want each time, really makes me feel at ease and I leave highly satisfied each time. The team itself are wonderful and very friendly

Care from start to finish. Eloise is a charming young lady. She did my hair cut exactly as I hoped . I took an image of the style and she did the cut precisely .
She is professional and experienced. In her profession.
The salon bright and cheery , friendly and the receptionist was super , as my first time .

I've now been to Alice 4 times. She has helped me completely change my hair colour (dark brown to grey). Each stage she has fully explained the steps needed to be taken, listened to any concerns of mine and made any changes needed to my colour or cut. Alice is very friendly and makes it easy to ask any hair related questions. I would highly recommend her.

Today I visited the salon for the first time. Kelly, the salon manager gave me a consultant and really listened to what I wanted. I am looking forward to having my colour done. Staff were happy and there was a calm atmosphere.

Thankyou to Kelly for continuing to be sensitive re Covid and mask wearing. And for a great cut, with Kelly's usual above and beyond service and friendly approach. Wonderful massage too, thankyou.

Kelly and I have been planning a sharp bob for sooo long! I've always had long or shoulder length hair and was terrified of a shorter style. I finally took the plunge today and am thrilled I did. Kelly listened and interpreted what I wanted perfectly. She also gave me detailed instructions on how to style it myself when it's time to wash it. Way to go, Kelly - brilliant! Thank you very much.

As always he knows exactly how to create my cut so it’s easy to manage but cool and funky at the same time.

Layla came home in tears and I had to see if I could sort out the mess the lady did . She still looks weird but I did not a bad just tidying the bad hair cut . She is now so scared to go to school on Monday. I’m really not happy

Maxine is an absolute miracle worker. She always knows exactly what I want and has an amazing ability to take my ramblings and internet pictures, and turn them into something that suits me 100%. Her skill with colours is second to none and she knows what will and will not work for me and on hair. I always leave the salon feeling incredibly confident and happy with her work and even better, the style and colour work for the duration of the tome between appointments. She can even make it so the inevitable colour fade still looks fabulous.
