It was actually TAI that cut my hair as Casey is away. She is a lovely young lady who listened to what I had to say and also came up with her own ideas. Tai did a great job and I look forward to seeing her again and would recommend her to anyone.

Wow! What a transformation! I was booked in with Liz today. She looked after me so well and explained with me exactly what she thought I should do with my hair. I am so pleased I took her advice and went with her suggestions. The result - let's put it like this, I have already booked in with her for my next appointment. She is a absolutely brilliant!

Absolutely love my hair! Elise always really listens to me and what I want whilst giving me great advice about what’s best for my hair. Since seeing Elise the health of my hair has improved so much! I can’t thank her enough. I won’t let anyone else touch my hair now.

Mia Louise dealt with me plus Ty & another today as so busy but the outcome was absolutely fine and I’m very pleased with my hair today

I have been having my hair down by Eloise for years now and it is always fantastic! Eloise is great at suggesting new ideas or tweaks to my colour and always cuts my hair brilliantly.

My hair is usually dull when I return to Hair Ott, having stretched time between appointments, and needs a good cut and colour. Max never fails .....I always leave with shiny bouncy hair ready to face the world again. I also gain a few laughter lines as Max has a great sense of humour ......never a dull moment! All the team are very welcoming and friendly too.

I thought the staff should ware the same it would be more nice

Honestly if i could rate it more than 5 stars i would. Lucy went above and beyond. She is so lovely and easy to talk to, she made sure we talked through every single step of what we were going to do which made me feel so comfortable as i’m normally quite nervous when it comes to getting my hair done.
She also made my experience tailored to me which i really appreciated, so telling me what things she thought would be better for me in the long run.
I will 10000% be back very soon xx

I came in wanting a restyle, with some ideas and photos but zero understanding of hair or if it would suit me. Laura took all of my requirements into account and told me exactly what was possible. She didn't try and pretend she could work miracles and as a result I ended up with a fab new style, that works for my face, hair, and limited time/skill at styling myself.

I really don't enjoy visits to salons usually, but Hair OTT always make me feel welcome, calm, and in good hands throughout.

I feel quite special sitting in the chair having hair done. Cordelle very professional . I always leave the saloon feeling very happy with my haircut.
