This was my first time having my hair cut by Tilly and she did a fabulous job.

Mel talked to me to find out how I felt about my hair, what I wanted & what she thought would be good. She took me through each stage of the cut & every product she used. I came out looking 100 times better & very relaxed.

Erin is a big boy and very friendly stylist as are all the stylists in the Waterlooville branch. Erin understood exactly what I wanted and I was delighted with the end result.

I was a bit apprehensive as I had been with my previous hairdresser for years, but I needn't have worried, Camilla was great - very patient, understood what I wanted & did a fantastic job. I love the colour & cut & am very happy.

As always Elise really listens to what I want whilst maintaining the health of my hair. over the course of the last year she has helped my hair recover from previous damage at another salon (not a hair ott salon) and still makes its it look gorgeous. Very grateful to Elise. Won’t go to anywhere or anyone else.

I couldn’t be happier with my hair today by Camilla! She took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted and went through with me the steps for balayage and what would work for my hair. I had a bad experience yesterday and very disappointed that I could not enjoy my afternoon respite for 3 hours. Furst an 30 mins late start. By 4.45 I still needed to be blowdried. I had to leave as the carer needed to go after already dtaying extra 30 mins. I did not like my head position was changed every few seconds and also cold water sprayed on my hair. The cut of my hair was very good. Time has never been a problem before.

Came in, as a potential new customer, for a consultation. From the moment I walked in the door I was made to feel welcome. The ladies on reception were kind and took care of me whilst I waited. Erin listened attentively to what I thought I needed, pending her advice and between us we came up with a plan for my visit .. I look forward to visiting the salon again and seeing how it works out

I wanted a style refresh. After discussion and advice from Mia we achieved that.

just come back from 2 week cruise hair not great after sun and swimming pools ! but Mia managed to get back the bounce and create a great hairstyle as it had been over 6weeks since my last visit ! was really chuffed with what Mia achieved

Hair OTT is historically a fantastic salon, I went to the North End one over 20 years ago and when I moved to Whiteley I knew right away this was the salon of choice. My stylist Elise never fails to make me happy with her colour and styling. The little extras like a pot of tea and head massage make all the difference and everyone makes you feel welcome. Not badly priced either compared to competitors. Love it here!

Lucy is very friendly and chatty, we always have a good catch-up. She is happy to sit and discuss my hair and colour, so it is always perfect. I had a Brazilian this time ready for my holiday. I love it and no need for straighteners to be packed. All the team are very friendly and make you feel welcome. I Highly recommend, after over 10 years I would not go anywhere else.

Tilly did a great job with my hair cut, I absolutely love it!

I have been a customer at Hair Ott for about 8 years now. I have had a few stylist and each one has been brilliant. At my recent visit I had to take my 7 month daughter with me. Erin was so accommodating working around her needs and pushchair. At one point she got upset and while I was getting my hair washed, free stylists and the lovely receptionist rallied around to cheer her up so I could continue my appt. It was so lovely of them all and made the whole experience so positive for us both. My hair came out fantastic too.

Karen is lovely! I had seen her previously after recovering from illness and she really cheered me up . She really understands the issues I have with my hair and gives me solutions, I am now torn between her and her sister Nicky though.

My first time at a salon in years, felt very comfortable. Karen talked me through every step so I was aware and understood what she was doing. So happy with the result!
