I went in only knowing how short I wanted it to be and nothing else. She was v helpful giving me hints on what would suit my face and ways to make it work for how I wear my hair day by day.

Had an excellent colour and cut by Tilly The team really cared about my wellbeing when I had a hot flush.. and looked after me beautifully. Thank you.

Just dropped in on offchance of getting an appt. The receptionists were very accommodating, polite & pleasant. I was extremely satisfied with the way my hair was shampooed, cut and styled by Camilla, and could see she was paying a lot of attention, not only with the cutting but to my stated requirements. Would definitely return.

I had the most wonderful time at Hair Ott Whiteley. From start to finish, the service was exceptional. Mel did an incredible job – she really took the time during the consultation to understand what I wanted, and the cut and colour turned out perfectly.

The attention to detail was second to none. The head and neck massage was such a relaxing touch – I felt truly spoilt! The whole team was so friendly and attentive, making the whole experience feel special.

I've been coming to HairOTT since it first opened in Whiteley. Whilst not a fan of hairdressers, Kelly has been exceptionally good at listening to my thoughts and ideas and professionally helping guide me through my face shape, natural appearing tinsel and what suits me the best, adapting to the wishes I have on each visit. The back and shoulder massage is always a much look forward bonus that in my mind means there is no other salon close to HairOTT ability to look after each and every client. Thank you Kelly and the team. I chose 4 stars for value as I don't think it's the cheapest around but you get 5 star satisfaction and am very well looked after.

I have never been to Hair Ott before, we were recommended by a friend and we really loved the place. Everyone was kind, we were offered drinks, magazines, head massages and hairspray/heat protectors. They gave amazing advice and shared their experience of how to look after our hair and I can honestly say that we will be coming back as it this is one of the best hairdressers I have been to!

Everything was very good from start to finish, but I was especially happy with Lucy who was incredibly friendly and chatty and made me feel at ease whilst listening to exactly what I wanted.

It was our first visit to the salon and it was overall an excellent experience. Very nicely cut and styled hair, great advice on products and everyone was very friendly. Will definitely return.

Tai did my hair today. She was really lovely . She answered my questions and I asked for advice on how to style my hair which she happily answered and demonstrated for me. She did the hair cut that I asked for and she gave me ideas of what she think would be best for my hair. This is the best hairdressers that I have attended.

I have been going to OTT for many years. All the staff are lovely. Helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Camilla did my hair yesterday and did an amazing job. She is new but you would think she has been working for a long time. Definitely will go back to Camilla. But all the staff there are well trained and I am happy to have any of them work on my hair. But today. Well done Camilla.
