If you dont mind paying a little extra (not that its expensive by comparison to many salons), then youll be well looked after. Sylists who remember how you like ypu hair, give good advice and a decent cut, maybe even a free head and shoulder massage to boot.

Scarlett as friendly as always with a down to earth approach that I really appreciate. Blown away by Scarlett's skill and passion. Described all the features of my pixie cut that we have been tweeking on every visit. Elise did a lovely job of the colour too.

Kelly did a brilliant cut today as she does every time. She gave me great advice and I trusted her options that she gave me. So pleased to have Hair Ott local to me.

I can’t rate Patrick and OTT high enough. Bleach wand my hair has never had the required results in previous salons but Patrick gets it spot on every time.

The salon is always friendly and welcoming and tea forthcoming.

In the area for a wedding so booked a hair appointment with Hair OTT. From the first moment, the team were super friendly and welcoming. Jess is a credit to the team and loved how she made me feel at home plus talked through each stage of the appointment as we went through. Very knowledgable and chatty and a great head massage too. Fabulous service all round!

Although I don’t visit the salon as often as I should (not a great fan of sitting still for long periods) I have been going to Hair Ott for nearly 20 years. The Hair Ott team are always welcoming. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I came in today for my first cut in a year!! I was wowed by the salon, its gorgeous! I was made to feel very welcome and everyone was so lovely and friendly, marine was just amazing, friendly and really knew what my hair needed, I've come home feeling absolutely amazing and happy ?
