Another great visit to Upstairs Downstairs this morning. Coffee, biscuits, good chit chat but most importantly super pleased with my hair thank you Katie. See you next time.

On Saturday 24th of July, my son and I went to find a place to get our hair cut. New to the area we had no idea where to go. We went to Upstairs downstairs when my daughter pointed it out. Walk in appointment was available straight away which was a relief. Staff were very good with my boy who has autism and is not great with new places but was made to feel very relaxed and his cut was top notch. The same lady cut my hair and am very pleased with my trim. She was easy to talk to and very professional. Safe to say will be going there again.

On having to find a new hair dressing salon in Waterlooville due to my original one closing. I asked Upstairs Downstairs if they cut gents hair. I was greeted by the owner and she advised me on how the salon operated during Covid and the layout would not change in the future.
She then cut my hair advising and suggesting throughout the cut, on completion the end result was excellent and the cost very competitive.
A very good experience which I intend to use in the future.

Brilliant

Haircut was for my son Billy who needed those curls cut and to look nice and neat again.
Billy has Autism and is a bit of a fidget but Joanne was there to greet us with a big smile and keep Billy at ease until he was all done.
Always a friendly smile and a quality haircut .

Had a lovely experience , great atmosphere and great cut by Katie.
Will be back.
