As per usual excellent service. Been coming here for the past 3 years. I always have my hair cut by Becky, she’s great. Staff are friendly and very professional. Can't fault Upstairs Downstairs.

Pete Austin cut my hair extremely well and what I asked for I got, recommend him to my mates and they now go to him, very good barber and easy going and got loads of dits to keep you entertained and at ease. 10/10

Hi just a quick visit Monday as my hair was annoying me as it needed tidying up a bit , the lady was very helpful and sorted it for me , will be going again .

My usual hairdresser was not well today and I had another young lady do my hair. I am really pleased with it .

I highly recommend Upstairs Downstairs. Always entirely pampered, and well looked after. Even offer hot water bottles when your cold, lush coffee throughout every visit and cake at times but most important excellent hair care tailored to my needs. Been attending for years. Lovely staff and service.

I haven’t been to an actual salon for years, and was feeling a bit nervous about it. But I have never felt so comfortable and so looked after. The stylists were all lovely and the customer care was on point. The knowledge of products and care was out of this world thank you so much. X

Not a big fan of the 'we only know one hair cut' barbers, so after growing my hair out for a year plus and needing it cut badly, I had a 'walk in' appointment with Lottie. Left a bit later looking like I no longer lived in a cave, Epic effort by Lottie and I now was sporting a cool short hairstyle. Always feels a bit awkward to me being a fella in a 'ladies salon' as such, but not here. The girls there are super smiley and friendly and nothing's to much hassle.
Just returned again, this time on a booked appointment, again with Lottie.
Another great hair cut.
Certainly where I'll be going from now on. Get yourself down there fellas.
