Masterclass Academy

I had a level 2 trainee for this appointment who was slightly nervous and inexperienced in the initial Consultation on arrival. She was being ‘supervised ‘ at the start by Otto until Mel took over. The trainee became focused and interpreted what I wanted from my appointment . I absolutely love the colour ( root retouch) and the finish and styling was really very good. Might sound strange to compliment the following but the trainee also had really good pressure when washing and rinsing the colour off, Sometimes the trainees hand pressure at the sink is too soft- not this time!

10/10 result for me

I was very well looked after and am incredibly happy with my haircut

Today I had Ty as my hairdresser and am so impressed.
Ty started my hair and she was so quick, but everything was done properly. Ty was very efficient. At the same time she was a delight at how she looked after me.
At no time was I worried about her work, and my hair looks wonderful.

This was my first experience, I saw an advert and decided to give it a try due to my current finances.
Sophie cut and styled my hair with Ali giving great support and knowledge. They listened carefully and were very understanding following my illness and poor hair condition. Discussing style and options for my hair. I felt comfortable and at ease (I’m a very anxious person).
It was actually a better experience for me; time and care was taken throughout my appointment.

Absolutely fine been lots of time’s highly recommended

Loved what Dior did with my hair and so did some of my friends they thought it looked great so have given one of them details of the Accademy will pass onto others

Not the best visit to the academy, the girl was not very talkative, the first thing she said was she didn't like cutting short hair !!

Once again delighted with my roots and hair trim, the young girl who looked after me was such a lovely girl and a lot of energy and full of chat.

Came in today for a cut and blow dry, by Yasmin. Left the salon looking great. I couldn't believe that Yasmin was only sixteen years old. She cut and styled my hair beautifully, chatted while she worked and it only took just over an hour. Thank you from a very happy client 😊.

I had a graduated bob cut four weeks ago and it needed a trim as my hair is wavy. It looks and feels great after a tidy up and blow dry so I’m very happy with it. Dior did an excellent job of washing, cutting and styling it.

Absolutely loved the way my hair was shaped today.
She did such a beautiful job of it.

Last Tuesday I attended the Waterlooville Academy and was allocated BROOKE as my hairdresser.

To say I was most impressed is an understatement. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble. Her pleasant, friendly personality came shining through. She is an absolute credit to the salon and made my salon experience the best ever!

I have never written a review on this site before but felt compelled to give praise where praise is due.

I just hope I am lucky enough to be her model on my next visit.

Today I was treated by Molly (3rd year apprenticeship studen); her customer-contact was exceptionally good. She constantly updated me on all the procedures she was doing by engaging with me and even showing me the products that she was using.
I was seen between 0915 - 1500 and when it was finished - I was extremely satisfied with my new look and curls.
