Masterclass Academy

I had my hair highlighted and cut. The stylist was professional, friendly and made me feel relaxed and special. She advised me about colours and styles that she thought would suit me. She had excellent skills. My hair colour and highlights look so good. I love the silky condition and the layered style. Thank you so much.

I was very impressed in the way everyone helped each other. All the people were friendly. I was made to feel at home and felt very comfortable. It is very well organised. It was a pleasure to meet and have KACI 1 to do my hair. Thank you to MEL too.

My 9 year old daughter and I had our hair cut and then styled with curls. Sophie was very good with my daughter explaining what she was doing and chatting to her. Molly L was really friendly too and gave me advice on how to curl our hair and the products we could use. Our hair looked amazing at the end. We both had a style different to how we usually looked which was great.

Casey cut my out of shape hair into a lovely chin length bob. All the products she used she explained what they were for as she blow dried my hair. Very pleased with the result.

I’ve just had my 4th haircut at the Academy today. Each appt all the staff have been friendly and helpful. As a pensioner the price allows me to keep my hair looking nice.

Excellent I can't remember the lads name but he was fantastic from start to finish hair wash wad perfect hood hair scrub and blow dry he took his time was a great finish. Loved the salon so relaxing definitely can't wait to visit next week again thankyou

My hair looked amazing after Olivia cut and styled my hair. Listened to how I wanted to have my hair styled and cut and gave me advice on the best way to achieve this.

Logan was really patient on my appointment, she had never done a balayage before but she was willing to learn and nothing was too much effort for her. She showed initiative in the appointment and didnt just rely on the trainer. Thank you Logan.

From the time I got there till the time I left I felt so relaxed Mia did my hair and we went for a complete change in style and colour she also keep asking me if it was what I want and she was lovely and friendly and she talked me through every step she was going thank you so much I love my new hair keep up the good work.

Customer service was good. I found the whole time I was there underwhelming. I wasn’t happy with the amount that was cut as I had asked for a little more and I felt like I wasn’t listened to with regards to the colour. When the trainee dried my hair, she was very rough where my head was being pulled about a lot. I was offered a cup of tea when I arrived but the milk was off. I was given another one but there was no apology for this

I’d recommend giving the hair academy a try for a very reasonably priced, well supervised hair treatment. I’m always pleased with the quality and style.

Very pleased with four and cut

Have used many times over 15 years and had complete hair make overs. After six hours,not fond of cut,so having it re styled.

Visited the academy for hair cut. Staff were friendly. Happy with my hair cut. Just one thing, when student blow dried my hair it really hurt. And when I gave hint by scratching my scalp, the student didn't even check on customer make sure everything was OK. So I would say, lack of communication with customer and need to be improved. Apart from this all in all was fine.

Hair was cut lovely, not dried as good as I would have liked, too flat. Tilly was very polite and did a good job.

Would be happy to pop in just for shampoo and blow dry for someone to practice on short hair.

I had the most relaxing hair appointment.
I came out of salon feeling very chilled and happy with new hairstyle.
Also a very friendly and professional experience.

Colour came out darker than expected,and front of hair is shorter than I wanted. Maddison was lovely and overall it was a good experience.

I decided on a quite different style and am delighted with how good it looks. The girls got my idea spot on.
