Very professional throughout. I was very comfortable with Mia, the level of support and the way it was given to her was perfect. I've already booked my next appointment.

My visit today was very good. Alice Underwood exactly what I wanted.
First time at the training academy.trainees are looked after and their work checked on. I was very happy with service.
Grace cut and styled my hair beautifully today. She appeared confident in what she was doing and chatted politely to me during my appointment. When I left the salon, several people in the reception area complimented me on my haircut. Thanks for a wonderful service.
I was there from 9.15 till about 3.30 ish, I knew it would be a long day, the staff and trainees were all very pleasant. Unfortunately now a lot of the permit the back hasn’t stayed in. The sides are fine , I unfortunately wasn’t able to speak to a trainer when I left as they were busy, I was also told the cost would be £55 when I booked a few weeks previous but when I paid the receptionist said it was £75. I didn’t like to say anything as I just needed to go axvj was hungry and thirsty.

I really enjoyed my experience today. Tea was offered as soon as I sat down. The trainee stylist did a nice scalp massage after shampooing and conditioning. The scissors styling and blow drying was quick and very well done, I’d say her confidence showed. Yes, I am very pleased with today’s pleased academy hair appointment.

I was really nervous attending today what with the changes. However I was wrong to feel this way. I felt reassured and confident following my consultation with (May?) she kept checking that I was happy with the cut at regular intervals. I struggle a lot with self image and the end result had me beaming with a smile from how I felt. Excellent job and advice on how to continue the regime at home. Thankyou SO MUCH.
