I am an unusual woman in that I dont really like visiting hairdressers. But here there are very attentive trainees overseen by very experienced staff who are very good at what they do. They spend time to ensure that you are happy with everything. I had a restyle and a full head of foils with low and highlights. Would highly recommend a visit.

The stylist holly was amazing.she cut my hair the way i asked for.always communicated with me.all the staff were very friendly .would definitely recommend this salon OTT for a haircut.wouldnt go anywhere else.well done holly

Visited the salon for a wash and fresh blow-dry by Mae, she was extremely professional throughout, very friendly and styled my hair perfectly!!

As always my roots and cut were done extremely well. I am always really well looked after and I can’t praise the supervisors enough, they do a brilliant job of overseeing the students.

I really enjoyed my visit to Masterclass Academy this afternoon.. The young lady that did my hair was very caring and confident, I was offered a cup of tea as soon as I sat down, which was very much appreciated. I thoroughly enjoyed my shoulder and head massage. Mia did an excellent job on my hair, she was pushed out of her comfort zone trying some techniques she had never tried before but talked me through the whole process and made sure I was okay the whole time. And my hair looked stunning of course. Absolutely recommend!!!

I was warmly welcomed.
I had an in depth conversation about what was going to happen. I felt very much at ease as everything was explained in depth. It was obvious that they knew what they were talking about, and I wasn't rushed.
I enjoyed the experience and I am looking forward to having my hair done.

As usual everyone is friendly and welcomes you. There is always a lovely atmosphere in the salon. The students work is double checked so I always get a hood haircut.

This is the second time Dior has cut my hair and it's so lovely to see her progress. She did a great job dealing with my crazy curly hair and I love how sleek she got it after styling. Five stars!!!!

I really enjoyed my first visit. My hair was cut to my expectations, I enjoyed the result and didn't feel pressured. I had a very patient student that did her best, everyone was very nice altogether, 10/10.

Only needed a trim but was treated the same as if i had come in for a complete restyle. Lovely trainee who did my hair. She listened to what i wanted, suggested reshaping fine and sides which made a real difference.

Really pleased with my visit today, Lottie with Pat's guidance cut my hair beautifully. Everything was discussed and explained beforehand and during to check I was happy with amount cut etc. I've been going to Masterclass Academy for quite a while now and would definitely recommend them.
