Been using Hair Ott for a number of years and the whole experience has always been professional and friendly. Katie has been my stylist in the last few years. She has always listened to what I was requesting and made a fantastic job of my hair each time.

I had a lovely relaxing experience having my hair cut today. From the hair wash/treatment/massage to an amazing hair cut by Pheobe. Enjoyed every minute and will definitely be back.

Good consultation before starting, treated professionally throughout, really pleased with the end result.

This was a last minute appointment as my own stylist was not available and I have to say Penny was absolutely fabulous. She listened to my concerns regarding my hair and sent me home with a great cut and colour. I have no hesitation in recommending her and indeed she is my preferred stylist going forward.

Due to illness I hadn't been able to have to my hair cut or coloured in a long time. Cordelle was very patient and thorough as we discussed colours and styles.

As always I’ve had the best time, relaxing, being looked after, having a head massage and being given wonderful advice…and walked out with beautifully styled hair too!…Thankyou all so much and especially Phoebe! 😊

Phoebe is meticulous when cutting hair. She gives it her undivided attention. A perfectionist which suits me every time!! Phoebe never makes you feel rushed and really listens to what you want and always gives good professional advice about what’s achievable with your hair type. I always trust Phoebe doing anything to my hair.

Always Love my experience at the salon with Eloise its always good to catch up and have a good chin wag and she never disappoints always knows exactly what i want. after being very poorly it was a pleasure of getting pampered by her for a few hrs it was just what i needed for my recuperation.

I’ve been with Cordelle for ages but being an OAP and price increases I’ve changed to Mia . Mia is exactly like Cordelle she listens patiently to how I want my hair done, and is very chatty and lovely . very impressed with Mia
