I wanted my hair cut much shorter and I was really nervous. Cordelle made me feel at ease and was so brilliant.

Cordelle is lovely. She really takes her time to make sure I’m aware of all the options and she advises on what would suit me. She is so attentive and every time I leave my appointment with her I feel a million dollars.

All the staff are just so nice and caring - they make you feel like there isn’t anything that would be too much trouble.

Cordelle is amazing she listens and gives her honest opinion and when I leave the salon I am really pleased with my hair

Me and my daughter came in today for a hair cut and straighten. All the staff where really helpful and happy. Made us feel at home. Absolutely love our hair it’s so soft and more manageable. Thank you Ellie and the other girls who washed and helped dry our hair xx

I don’t usually have Cordelle but I have to say as my regular stylist was on holiday I had Cordelle and I was not disappointed. She listened to what I asked for and I was really happy with the result! She is a really lovely young lady and I throughly enjoyed chatting to her! Very happy!

Eloise was very good! Patient helpful and listened to what I wanted. I was very pleased with the result! Especially enjoyed the head and neck massage! Throughly recommend!

As soon as you walk in you’re greeted by a friendly welcoming face. The salon is clean, bright and airy. The young girl washing my hair was really sweet and tried making conversation too bless her. Millie cut and styled my hair and was an absolute delight. The whole experience is well worth the money, I’ll be back again soon. You leave feeling pampered and relaxed.

A complete change from long to structured Bob. Liz was amazing from start to finish. She looked at the photo I provided and explained how she'll cut it now, how it will grow to shape and how I'll grow in confidence with such a change in style. The cut and finish was even better than the photo! Fantastic stylist who is the ultimate professional.

The lovely Liz made me feel very welcome and explained exactly what she was going to do, it’s the best haircut and blow dry Iv ever had, it’s certainly cheered me up after a few depressing months suffering with grief over the loss of my husband due to covid . I will definitely be back to see Liz again in th future

Katie listened to what I wanted. A good haircut, even cut my fringe after hair was dry, making sure it didn't bounce up, as it's curl hair and would if it was wet! Will return for my next haircut

I first came to Hair OTT about 4 years ago and saw Alice. I was fed up and asked what did she suggest, gave me a total restyle, something I’d never have chosen for myself and I loved it. I now would never see anyone else. Service from the whole team is always smiles and professionalism. Highly recommend.

From first being greeted at Hair Ott l was warmly greeted and felt in safe hands straight away.It has been a long while since l had a any treatment on my hair so l literally needed everything!
Katie was my stylist and she was just perfect,l was taken through all needed to hear and had the treatments for my overtreated hair and and given a fantastic cut and blow-dry, Katie had noticed how l styled my hair just so pleased with it.
Then l returned for colour and highlights,l had a colour test when l had my hair cut and had no issues,l love the colour so much all family love it my daughter says it takes 10 years off me! ( Hmmmm)??
I had a very enjoyable experience,looking forward to the next appointment.The apprentices were kind and respectful too
