It’s always a pleasure going to Hair Ott, it’s a lovely relaxed atmosphere even though the salon is always busy.
I love that Katie listens to what I want and today I asked for a slight change. Katie did just what I asked for and I’m over the moon with my shorter style.

Was put to ease straight away, very clean and covid safe. Offered a drink and magazine to read if I wished. Fantastic massage after hair wash which was lovely as had a bad headache
Stylist Eloise listened what I wanted explained what might be better and did a fantastic cut, dry and style. Thank you all so much love my new look.

Had a wash and blow dry this morning with Ellie, she was lovely, did a lovely job on my hair even though I have really thick extensions in so it took longer than a normal wash and blow dry, nothing was too much trouble. 5 star experiences

Throughout my appointment today I was very well looked after, with all staff friendly and welcoming. At the start of my appointment my stylist asked how I would like my hair, and explained what she was doing throughout the appointment.
