Hair Ott Waterlooville Hampshire

Quite disappointed, not sure I will be back. Have been coming to hair ott for a long time and did not expect to be made to feel how I was. My hair colour did not turn out how I wanted at the roots and I was made to feel uncomfortable because I wasn’t happy. I only asked for it to be rectified and the hair dresser was upset because I said something. I should be able to say if I’m not happy with the result and it should be dealt with professionally but wasn’t.

Katie was awesome. She looked at the photograph of the style that I wanted, and knew exactly what to do, checking with me along the way that it was looking okay, and if I wanted any changes made as she went. Friendly and chatty, it’s always a pleasure to return to have Katie cut my hair. And of course I’m very happy with the result. :)

After five months of lockdown hair l was very happy to have it cut into a proper style. Ellie is very friendly and professional, and did a great cut.

Happy with hair although did pay three pounds more than last time and unsure why and did feel like the hair cut was rushed as there was other clients being done at the same time

Had a lovely visit as always, could not fault anything will continue on seeing the same hairdresser as always Styles my hair the way I like it, and listens to what you would like done. All the other staff are very friendly and can chat to making it a nice atmosphere to be in.

I honestly can’t praise Penny and the girls Eloise ,Ella , Lilly that were involved in my salon experience recently on the 13th of April 2021 . I love my hair and their professionalism care and safety given of the whole salon staff towards customers is outstanding. Thank- you so so much and see you all soon !

Had my longish hair cut and coloured by Alice a few weeks ago, but decided I wanted it a bit shorter and more layered - had Alice again this time and am SO pleased - it's exactly what I wanted, and is easy to do myself too! Very happy, Alice is a great cut and colourist!

As ever, today was no different. Emma is truly an amazing professional. She always discusses everything with me, from colour that matches my skin tone to hair style and products she uses. The Waterlooville Salon has a wonderful friendly atmosphere from the moment you walk in, the safety elements in the current climate have been done to a very high standard. Emma has been cutting my hair for 2 years she is such a warm friendly person you do feel like every visit has that extra personal touch. I would highly recommend this salon. Definitely 10/10 for customer service with staff that go above & beyond.

Felt very safe with the Covid precautions they have taken but washing hands in cloakroom that lots use is not a good idea. Was looked after very well and had a very professional hair experience, thank you.

Liz always takes her time getting your hair just right, her vast experience shows. She is good at giving you advice, or makes a suggestion you possibly didn't consider when discussing your hair.
She handles my hair so well it's always easy for me to do at home.
Sadly during the restrictions at the moment, you loose the Salon experience, choice of magazines, drinks in proper cups, relaxed atmosphere the salon is missing that extra magic, plus being able to see yourself mask less!

Cordelle always does a brilliant job of my hair, colouring and cut. My hair is the best it has ever been. Highly recommend.

Have used this hairdresser for years. People always comment on how well my hair is cut. Mini head and shoulder massage is always nice.
