Lovely lady, excellent hair cut.

Everyone was friendly and polite. My stylist took the time to discuss what I wanted done and gave options and suggestions to make sure I get what I wanted but it also suits my face shape. It was reasonably price as well.

My hair is easy to manage, sleek and smooth. Lucy gives a lot of thought to my hairs needs.

After deciding to have my hair professionally done after 4 years I chose this salon because I thaught I was more likely to get what I asked for. I had a consultation on the Tuesday and discussed what I wanted to change and showed a picture of what I was aiming for , the stylist told me that was a completely realistic colour and it would be easily achieved, following this discussion I felt happy to go ahead and book. I did however mention that I did not want any treatments as I had plenty of very good ones at home as I used to do hairdressing myself, so I was quoted for the cut and colour.
On arriving for my appointment 2 says later I met my stylist, I showed her the picture of what I wanted and again was told yes this is completely achievable. She then rough cut it and then told me 'well I can't get it like the picture without you having a treatment and insinuated my hair was in poor condition.
I replied and said I didn't want it as I discussed on Tuesday.
4 and a half hrs later I could see that the colour was nothing like I asked for , the bleach had barely lifted . Doing hair tears ago myself I know my hair lifts well with bleach but she couldn't seem to do it.
When I said I wasn't happy she kept telling me well it was what you asked for. In actual fact it wasn't I booked in for ombre and she said she'd done baliage which is more faded. Her attitude was not great at all. I proceeded to pay way more than what I was originally quoted . I was then offered to go back and redoo the colour with a different stylist. So another 5 hrs later still not what I'd asked for.
The colour that was done just looks like something I would have been able to do myself.
I made out I was OK but was absolutely gutted . When I phoned to complain I was offered a refund for the treatment I was given that I didn't want but they never refunded me. Katie the stylist the second time around was lovely.
I will never go back to a salon it's a complete rip off

Friendly, welcoming and a good hair cut.

Entering the salon I was greeted and an offer to take my coat and a seat. This was the start of a perfect Monday morning. Hair cut was discussed. Washed and treatment applied. I returned to Ellie who worked wonders with my very unruly hair. Absolute pleasure to visit hair Ott.

Cordelle was very friendly, and did a lovely cut and finish on my hair, very happy with end result.

I'm not a leave a review person, but I needed to come on here. In all my years of going to hairdressers, I've never had such an amazing experience. I can't praise Phoebe enough. I can tell she put every ounce of her knowledge into my hair and never missed a beat. She really listened to me and went above and beyond to get my hair right. I've never met someone so passionate about her job and I am definitely going back to her from now on. Also to note, all the girls there are terrific. Please go to Hair Ott, Waterlooville, they deserve every penny and more.

From the minute I walked into the salon I felt comfortable. I was greeted by a lovely friendly lady and shown to my seat where I waited, I was about 15 minutes early. Whilst waiting all of the staff smiled and acknowledged me, which was nice.
Katie, the stylist who did my hair, was excellent. From start to finish she was very attentive and did exactly as we discussed my hair was to be.

Lucy @ Hair OTT is a top class hairdresser, always look forward to my appointment as I know Lucy will cut and style hair in a manageable style and gives you her full attention whilst doing so.

I am so happy with my new cut and colour. Mia took the time to go through colour options and really listened to what I wanted. I usually find the hairdressers a bit stressful as they usually get a bit scissor happy! Lucy took off what I asked and my hair looks healthy. The price was not as much as I thought it would be and was worth every penny. Lovely salon and lovely people. Thank you Mia!

First time at hair OTT and really glad I discovered it! Lucy did a Brazilian blow dry, she was friendly and chatty. The chemicals were quite strong and was a bit stingy on the eyes but the results are worth it. All the staff there are lovely and welcoming. Thank you Lucy!

I'm overjoyed. I wanted to go for a 'daring' colour, well for me anyway. Ellie took her time to work with me and understand what I wanted and I am happy with the result

I really appreciated Mia's creativity. She helped me make a decision about my hair colour by suggesting different ideas and explaining how each would look and why in a way I could easily understand. It's clear she's passionate about hair dressing and isn't afraid to suggest things that are different. I have every confidence in her abilities. She radiates positivity and is very easy to chat to. A thoroughly enjoyable visit. I'm very pleased with my refreshed and different hair.

I was so pleased to find I could get a walk-in apt today! And the bonus was Lucy gave me not only a great cut and blow dry, just the way I asked from her, with excellent service, but she provided a lively and interesting conversation, so the time passed quickly, which for me is important as there is nothing more boring than facing yourself in a mirror with nothing of interest to focus on.
