Phoebe as usual gave me a very good haircut and it keeps me coming back. However there are a couple of comments I would like to make regarding this salon. Today I was almost rushed out of the door after my haircut and someone had the door open before I had time to even do my coat up! Even though the stylist was busy with the previous client it seems that the customer is not allowed to sit on the comfortable seating at front of salon but have to sit at the styling area. This has happened several times and is not a one off!! Also I think the customer should be asked if they want a reminder that their appointment is due. To get a phone call and also a text reminder is an irritation rather than a help. I have an appointment card given me when I book the appointment and I also have a calendar so I would prefer to not have both a phone call and text reminder as well. These are minor issues which mar slightly an otherwise excellent salon.
