This was my first visit to the Salon, I was made to feel so welcome and comfortable as they asked me what I wanted. after explaining that my hair had not been cut well befor they where so kind and assured me I will leave with a style I like. very happy with the outcome and I will come back

Lovely friendly staff who clearly are very happy in their working enviroment as I am each time I visit which is every month.My stylist is Katie & she looks after my hair beautifully. Always there to offer advise & is so passionate about looking after my hair. The atmosphere in the salon is that of a happy one & i would not go & part with my money anywhere else. It's a treat to go to the hairdressers & the staff look after their clients beautifully . Going to the hairdresser can prove to be pricey, Especially if you go monthly & have a your hair coloured as I do. However, I feel that when you receive the wonderful treatment that the staff give at La'ora then it makes it worth every penny.

As a regular client I have been booking appointmts with your stylist Sophie for 13 months, she always makes sure I am happy with everything especially as I am deaf and ware hearing aids which I obviously have to remove at certain times during my appointment, Sophie always ensures I can see her in the mirror and she uses hand signals to let me know what she wants me to do. I have never been disappointed with my colours and cut and will continue to book my hair appointments with your salon. Many thanks.
