Flique Hair & Beauty in Southampton

I, lady aged 60 looking for a cut, am obviously not their desired clientele despite coming here for years when I had previously had good, professional, friendly service.

My previous appt 5 months ago was the same but I thought I'd try again. Reason for the gap was work commitments and covid.

I won't visit again. And will discourage my friends from visiting if they want a professional, friendly, inclusive experience.

Always makes you feel so comfortable and the girls are all so lovely! Also my hair is alway 1000/10

Leah fitted a single row weave for me this morning which I absolutely love!! Meg always does a beautiful job on maintaining my colour, and I’m so happy I decided to go for a weave. Amazing service, so professional but with a warm and lovely atmosphere in the salon. All the girls are so so good at their skill, I will always come here x

Fabulous hair cut

Megan is great I have always struggled to find someone that cuts my hair as I like it she takes the time to find out how I like my hair! I have been a few times now to Flique and am very happy I have always had Megan and am so pleased that I shall continue to do so.

This is my first time experiencing hair extensions and they are fabulous, the colour match perfect and tons of advice and support given in maintaining them, thank you so much Leah, they are perfect.

Very enjoyable experience and excellent cut & blow dry.

Hi ***** I came to your Salon Thursday 28th October 2021 9am. I had previously popped into the Salon and showed the first photo of how I would like my hair for my Step sons Wedding. I showed the photo again a couple of time whist you were putting my hair up. After an hour and 15 mins I had to ask to be shown the back of my hair before I paid and left the salon. I was a bit confused and couldn't see at the quick glance how my hair looked. Once I got home my husband took these two photos of my hair up! I can't tell you how disappointed I was at the disparity between the two photos and that it cost me £30. Luckily I was able to have my hair rearranged by the Brides hairdresser which again cost me more money. However I was really pleased with the outcome. A good resolution for me would be a refund of the cost. Given how important the day was and the unsuitably of the hairstyle, I feel this would be the appropriate recompense for the inconvenience and cost. I await your reply. Janet Stevens

Apart from the initial mix up with the booking ( down to online booking system), my experience was great.

As someone who is really indecisive and struggles with nervousness all the girls here have always been to welcoming and accommodating and helped me to not feel out of place or stressed, they’re wonderful at their jobs and the end result always looks amazing

Bethany was great, Not having had my hair cut for a very long time I was a little apprehensive. Bethany listened to all my thought about the haircut I was looking for, as my haircut is fabulous. I am so happy. The atmosphere in the salon was exceptional and I felt totally relaxed. Thank you Bethany and thank you flique.

I went into my appointment not really knowing what i wanted, Megan was soo friendly and advised me on what she thought was best, LOVED the end result and am soo happy with the colour!

Jas has been my hairdresser for a long time but it was my first time visiting this salon. It was lovely and clean and tidy, the staff were all friendly and the coffee was very nice!

Professional, knowledgeable and friendly

Have always been to the same hairdressers and was very nervous changing and going to Flique for the first time but they were all so lovely in there and I’ve never been SOOO happy with my hair, I honestly can’t describe how brilliant the finish is. I will 100% stay using Flique from now on. So excited to get my extensions fitted by Leah next week too!

Always great service by Bethany and a lovely welcome. I have been going there for 20 years so that says it all.
