The staff were very friendly and helpful when I asked questions. Madison done a very good job washing and blowing drying my hair. She has only been in her apprenticeship for 2 weeks.

We had a great experience at the salon today. Very affordable and great service! Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Charlotte gave my 4 year daughter a lovley hair cut and made her very comfortable and happy. Maddie also gave her princess plates and again made her feel very comfortable and happy. She can't wait to go back.

Booking online easy. Hair cut exactly as requested and friendly stylist putting you at ease. Wonderfully clean salon with covid hygiene perfect. Would definitely recommend.

Big thank you to Michelle at Ivy Hair for tackling mine and my two daughters hair today, colour and cut for me, taking the warmth out and cutting my two daughters hair ready for back to school next week. My eldest daughter had very long hair and decided to have the chop, it looks beautiful, such a lovely job. My daughter is very pleased. Always a warm welcome and a great hair cut

I hadn't had my hair cut in 2 years and on impulse this morning thought I would treat myself before my holiday, had heard good reports about Ivy so rang them, they fitted nme in at short notice at a time convenient to me and I was really pleased with the service, treatment and excellent result. I could not have asked for anything more would recommend them to anyone.

Absolutely cannot recommend this salon enough, every time I go I get consistent, quality service. Very pleasant atmosphere, especially considering the difficult times we are all facing with the current pandemic. Michelle always spends the time to understand what I want, she is very kind and professional. The whole experience is great, nothing but a good afternoon x Highly recommend!

In one word , I can say amazing ?. I am new to Southampton,and finding an extraordinary hairdresser is like a bliss . Michelle have heard my demands patiently and did exactly what I wanted . Great to be able to trust your hairdresser- especially as with my previous one for over 20 years. Michelle is fun, friendly and a hair expert. She helped me move from a very short cut back to a modern, messy bob- always tricky. Michelle has also guided my daughter back into condition after an early teenage entanglement with blue which damaged her hair, now long and in good condition. Ready for more highlights, hopefully not blue!

What a fantastic experience!
I had the lovely Maddie wash my hair, she was very friendly and professional throughout.
Then I had the equally lovely Charlotte cut and blow dry my hair. The salon itself was very clean and tidy and each member of staff was very welcoming. It was a very professional and pleasant experience and I would highly recommended this salon!

Great hairdressers, friendly, helpful and I can completely trust them with ideas for my hair when I’m stuck.
I used to bounce from hairdresser to hairdresser as I didn’t find one I liked, but since I found these guys I haven’t gone anywhere else :)
