Staff so friendly, lovely atmosphere, always happy with their service and the end result is amazing, I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Sam was lovely, she gave me a really nice hair cut and was great to chat to!

I loved my time having my hair done by Kate. I was so relaxed and it was so chilled. I work in a&e and always have it up, Kate gave me good advice how to keep my hair in great condition. The salon has great vibes and I always look forward to my visit. I would highly recommend the Salon. Kate is a great asset.

From the moment I walked into the salon I was made to feel so welcomed and comfortable. The staff are so lovely and approachable. Katie did my hair and knew exactly what I wanted, she spent time and was very attentive. For my first visit, I know for sure I’ll be returning over and over! Lovely lovely caring people, always so good to catch up while my hair is being done. My hair always looks fabulous after I’ve been in, in great condition and my colour is always beautiful. They take the time to discuss what you want and help with any little hair problems you have and I really wish Michelle could be at home to blow dry my hair for me because I can never get it looking as shiny and smooth as she does! Thank you ladies!

Every six weeks i need my hair cut due to its style and every six weeks whether its charlotte, michelle or kate cutting my hair i always walk out with my hair looking so much better.
I cant thank the ladies enough, theyre all so lovely and they all do an amzing job growing their business.

Really lovely welcoming ladies, took my daughter for her first ever haircut, the hairdresser Sam made lots of conversation made sure she was comfortable serveral times, also curled it after my daughter came away feeling a million dollars

This is my number 1 hair boutique! So happy that I discovered them. Michelle is very professional, kind and polite and very friendly stylist and she definitely knows what she is doing. I always feel welcomed , comfortable and fully satisfied after each visit!!

It my third time at the salon. After endless years I braved it in February and went to a salon putting my own needs first. I love the experience, how I’m treated and the end results. Charlotte took her time knowing my anxieties and found a style that I’m able to cope with. I’ve come away with products this time and to say I’m a little excited is an understatement.

Kate was a lovely girl. My hair has had a good trim, it’s very thick, so needed layers and to be thinned out. It looks so much healthier and shiny! Will definitely be returning soon x

Madison has done such a wonderful job, I would never of thought she was in her first year of training. Compliments to the staff at Ivy boutique for the support and encouragement you gave her.

As a new customer Sam talked me through my colour options and picked 4 colours to use for my patch test. Sam said she would write down what we had discussed so that Katie who is doing my hair next week is aware of our discussion. I was also given a form to fill in for any possible allergic reaction, my covid status and a brief medical history. I must say for a first visit I was really impressed with how welcome I was made feel
