Best pedicure I've ever had , thank you

I found this little gem after a bad experience and I also had met the owner once so had followed their success online and knew I could trust I was in good hands. The salon and girls there exceeded my expectations! A lot salons always have such a bitchy atmosphere and this is so far from that, the girls here are professional from start to finish as well as being sociable and welcoming. My hair is in such better condition since using them and they really listen. Me and my daughter also have our brows waxed and with my daughter being new to this they really listen but guide her on what would be best for her face and age.
I would recommend giving this salon a try, you won't regret it or go anywhere else afterwards! Oh yeah to add they do a beautiful selection of sparkly shellac pedicures to! :)

Booked a luxury pedicure as a treat for myself. On arrival there was a warm and friendly greeting and I was offered a drink. The salon is beatifully decorated and equipped and spotlessly clean. Unfortunately, during the pedicure, whilst removing hard skin with a sharp blade, the therapist cut my heel. It was quite painful and was still bleeding when I left the salon half an hour later, with nicely painted toenails but a plaster on my heel! I was initially asked to pay in full, when I suggested a discount I was offered 10% (£2.90) and when I protested again the bill was reduced by half. With hindsight I think the bill should have been waived in full and I shouldn't have had to ask. Five hours later I am sitting soaking my very sore foot in a bowl of warm water - it looks a mess as she was unable to treat the area after having cut it so there is still lots of dry skin which is now caked in blood! She was a pleasant girl and it's a lovely salon but it wasn't a good experience.

I now use The Salon for all my beauty needs. The girls are so lovely and amazing at what they do! The pedicure with hot wax today has left my feet feeling baby soft and the colour is exactly what I wanted. Their waxing is brilliant. Eye lash lift is perfect (unlike previous experiences elsewhere). My son has his hair cut there too and it's the best he's ever had. Even my partner has started going for his massages! Couldn't recommend enough X

Lovely morning spent chatting with Natalie while she sorted me out top to toe. All ready for holiday now. Only wish I'd thought to book in a massage as well. Feeling fabulous.

My sister and I popped in to the salon for the first time & both had shellac manicures, we are so pleased with them! My sister is getting married later in the year and we'll be coming back for pre wedding beauty :)

I went to the salon for the first time today after a recommendation and I'm glad I did. The professionalism and service was fantastic and the results from my eyebrow wax and tint and shellac nails are great. I would definitely recommend this salon and am looking forward to exploring more treatments with them.

Worst pedicure I have had and I have had a lot.
£24 for a file and shellac paint, in and out in 20 minutes, no cuticle oil, no massage, nothing.You had the opportunity to get me coming back for more. Big mistake on your part, I spend a lot if money in hair and beauty but I won't be back to you.

I had my nails done by Natalie today, pure luxury and the hand rub was heaven! It was my first visit to the salon, the atmosphere is so relaxed and friendly, and the salon is beautifuly styled. I'll definitely be going back again, I highly recommend it.

Regularly go in for a shellac and eyebrow wax and tint, each time the girls are amazing. Friendly, welcoming, attentive and always happy to advise if your stuck choosing from the many colours.

I've been a client of Katie's for years now and now my daughter is in her pre-teens I turned to Katie for her advice on leg and under arm waxing for her. Katie was fabulous with her. Not rushing her and totally reassuring her all the way through. Despite the sting, my daughter is already talking about her return visit.
