Excellent cut and colour. Debbie really understands what I want. My hair looked amazing. Thank you. On the downside...timing. Obviously Debbie fitted another customer in whilst my colour was taking but I felt a bit pushed and pulled and I could tell I was being kept waiting. I could really have been out of the Salon half an hour earlier. Please address this as it does make a difference. I am only there to have my hair done, after all! You have timing in your handbook and these should mean something.

its not my local salon as I live in Westbourne, but they do such a good job and the atmosphere is so relaxed and welcoming that it is definitely worth the drive! :)

All the girls there are very welcoming and friendly. Katy knows exactly what she is doing when it comes to doing nails, very professional. Always dread the decision of choosing a colour as there are so many ????.
