Georgia always take time to ask how my hair has been since my last visit and what are we doing today. My hair resisted Wella colour so very happy Matrix was brought back in. I get so many compliments on my hair so when the colour was washing out it was so upsetting. Thank you for the loyalty card I love that, a valued treat

Loved everything about the experience. Clare fixed an impossible "hair-chop"(something you could not call a "haircut"?), on a difficult type of hair, which was almost as impressive as her speed and technique. I came out of there looking and feeling 10 years younger. Very welcoming atmosphere, lovely conversations, everyone was smiling and they seemed like a great team, giving each other a hand regardless of who the customer came in for. Overall a wonderful place I would definitely recommend and come back to!

It was Isabella’s first visit to see Rachel today regarding having her eyebrows tidied up - Rachel was so calm, caring and gave Isabella lots of reassurance and no pressure. I’ve already recommended Rachel to my friends for their daughter’s who need to experience waxing etc that our ladies will be needing in the future. Rachel was also very understanding to my youngest daughter who had to come with me who is autistic.

I’ve always felt nervous about having my hair done, it was especially bad after my surgery and radiation/chemo to my brain tumour as my hair was different and my head was sore with screws and clips-but Emma’s really kind and patient with me and it actually now a really lovely experience and I look forward to seeing her and all the lovely staff, I feel like I’m having a treat when I visit and enjoy it instead of worrying about the experience.

Was having a bit of a problem with my hair on the right side after talking it through with Georgia she knew exactly what to do am very happy as always with my cut.

Absolutely loved my trim, Lydia did an amazing job shaping around my face, just how i wanted it. She put some beautiful curls in afterwards and i just felt so pretty after. Such a nice experience :)

Emma and the rest of the staff were as terrific as ever so no complaints with that whatsoever .Unfortunately the steep increases in your charges since the change of ownership mean I shall be making less visits. As a disabled pensioner who has been a regular customer since the previous owner opened the salon on the site my income is fixed and can no longer keep pace with the increase which I was sadly not made aware of until it came to paying the bill. I shall be sorry to have to limit my visits and I just hope your client base does not suffer in general as a result of the increases.
. No doubt as part of a chain your company can weather any customers who chose to follow my lead. Nevertheless a sad day

Clare is a magician. We discussed what I would like and VOILA! Clare worked a little magic and I have the colour I wanted. This salon has such a positive buzz about it, and don’t forget Harry who was blooming marvellous! 5 stars all round.

I am really happy with my hair cut today. Clare really listened and I’m so pleased with the results. Hats off to you all, working in ppe in the heat. It was lovely being back in the salon again.
