Staff are welcoming and attentive. My stylist Naomi discussed with me what I wanted and offered a suggestion that I went with . I was very pleased with the end result. The process was carried out in a very professional but also friendly manner . This was only my second appointment here and I’m very glad that I changed to this salon

1st visit as my usual hairdresser unwell . Extremely pleased . Emma listened , suggested ideas and I was extremely pleased with techniques, skill and final result .

Georgie coloured and cut my hair and I took her advice and had some darker tones added to my usual blonde ones. She made my hair look and feel great. Thank you Georgie

Great hair cut as always. Didn't have nails done today but disappointed to see nail bar at front of shop if it's staying there I won't be having mine done as I like the privacy. Also now have to sit while waiting round the corner not impressed.

Lovely experience and Rachel very friendly and welcoming. Really pleased with nails. Only complaint would be having to sit in amongst hair salon when having hands done just inside front door. Much better and more personable in separate room when had toe nails done as much better location in little side room. Today was ok as salon very quiet but can't imagine being able to hear amongst hair dryers. Was better when all done in separate room previously.

It’s always a pleasure to visit Rachel in the beauty Room for treatment, she gives excellent customer service. However very disappointed at having my nails done in the salon, very noisy, no privacy as I would have liked .

The salon had run out of stain remover, surely needed a lot when colouring hair and after much scrubbing at the basin, I still came out with staining around my forehead and cheeks

As always I love going to see Georgie my hairdresser she understands my hair completely.

So kindly and helpful. My stylist not only waitrd for me after getting my booking time wrong, she was so humble friendly caring and understanding. She was tasked with a very heart felt hair cut do to health reasons. The last thing I wanted was to cut my long hair she advised me on a better style that would be less evasive and less traumatic for me. There was alot of tears and Im sorry I dont remember her name.But I truely am grateful for your empathy and patience.
