Amazing,amazing amazing! Alex is wonderful, totally transformed my hair colour and I love it along with many of my friends who've commented on it!

First time with Kiva, absolutely lovely therapist, carried out exactly what I wanted.

Always polite, diplomatic, made very welcome and comfortable with surroundings.

Today I was given a full set of acrylics with nail art by Layla. Layla was friendly and professional. I absolutely love the length and design of my nails - thank you!

I’ve been going to Layla for quite some time now I’m always happy with the results she is always caring towards me and will always give me good advice I think I have probably gone through every colour they have available for acrylics so it would be nice if new colours were introduced this is my personal opinion.

Delighted with my set of nails, as always. Great shape, beautifully done.

As usual I was greeted as an “old friend”. I was made to feel welcome and comfortable. Layla organised the soak off and adjusted the water temperature when I found it too hot initially. A thoroughly professional job was completed in good time and I was able to walk out of the salon confident that the ravages that lockdown did to my nails have been fully repaired and my nails look and feel healthy once more.

I had a lovely experience whilst having my HD Brows done here today with Kiva. She made me feel very comfortable as I'd never had anything like this before so was a little nervous as didn't really know what to expect.
She explained the treatment and made me feel so much better about it. Very welcoming and friendly approach. A lovely lady. Would definitely recommend to others.
