So pleased with my hair cut, I have long hair and Alex has done an amazing cut with such precision. Such a friendly, professional hair stylist. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

From walking in the door, I felt very safe with all the Covid regulations in place. Kiva was very friendly, efficient and made me feel at ease. The whole experience was exceptional.

A HUGE Thank you to Georgie for transforming my lockdown hair! I had a full head of foils and a cut... I always know I’m in good hands and wouldn’t trust any other salon with my hair ?

Given the dreadful state my nails were in after lockdown, Layla performed a miracle on my last visit and got them looking fine. Today’s visit there was more nail for her to work with and get into a good shape. Hopefully by my next visit my nails will look as good as they did before lockdown.

I have visited the salon three time in the past week for a consultation, a detox and cut and a total colour change and I am absolutely delighted with the outcome. I have been having my hair coloured for 30 plus years and decided to ‘embrace’ the grey. Alex was fantastic explaining each stage and very patient. The outcome is amazing. Everyone who has seen it so far has commented on how lovely it looks. A very big well done and thank you so much Alex.

I was late for my appointment so my usual person Lorraine could not wax my eyebrows so I had to go with ***** I should have said no and waited for another time because I had a bad experience with her when she did my nails last year. Both my eyes she ripped so hard she took the skin off, Ian it looks like they will scab over. Never again do I want her to do any more treatments for me. If Lorraine is not available I will wait. I also saw Bluebell who did my feet all I can say is another excellent job.
