Lorraine is so cheerful, friendly and welcoming, this is only my 2nd time back and I was made to feel like a regular long standing customer, very reasonable prices and a great job done of my waxing

I was late for my appointment so my usual person Lorraine could not wax my eyebrows so I had to go with ***** I should have said no and waited for another time because I had a bad experience with her when she did my nails last year. Both my eyes she ripped so hard she took the skin off, Ian it looks like they will scab over. Never again do I want her to do any more treatments for me. If Lorraine is not available I will wait. I also saw Bluebell who did my feet all I can say is another excellent job.

It was lovely to be welcomed back to the salon - sixteen and a half weeks after my pre-Christmas appointment that had to be cancelled because we were in tier 4!
