I had a lovely experience whilst having my HD Brows done here today with Kiva. She made me feel very comfortable as I'd never had anything like this before so was a little nervous as didn't really know what to expect.
She explained the treatment and made me feel so much better about it. Very welcoming and friendly approach. A lovely lady. Would definitely recommend to others.

Excellent first electrolysis session with Kiva!

Thank you to Jade for another lovely session. She always makes me feel at ease, is gentle and welcoming. My eyebrows, lip and chin now feel so good. It makes such a difference after not being able to make appointments because of lockdown.

Have seen some of Georgie’s work on your page.... and knew I wanted her to do my extensions. Saw her this morning and after she explained the procedure... the do’s, dont’s, up keep of the hair and what to expect I’m so happy she’s agreed to do it and am booked in for the 1st of June.

Given the dreadful state my nails were in after lockdown, Layla performed a miracle on my last visit and got them looking fine. Today’s visit there was more nail for her to work with and get into a good shape. Hopefully by my next visit my nails will look as good as they did before lockdown.

I have visited the salon three time in the past week for a consultation, a detox and cut and a total colour change and I am absolutely delighted with the outcome. I have been having my hair coloured for 30 plus years and decided to ‘embrace’ the grey. Alex was fantastic explaining each stage and very patient. The outcome is amazing.
