Excellent treatment and service from Megan- as always- and makes the appointment enjoyable and fun - I did however feel for Megan as yet again the lift was not working so hassle for Megan having to go up and down the metal stairs outside in bad weather- I hope the salon have rectified this soon.

I went in on Thursday of last week to get my calico peekaboo touched up/added to and to say I’m disappointed in the outcome is an understatement. I was under the impression that my stylist knew what she was doing as she had done a few calicos before me. Instead of fully sectioning my hair before colouring she went in and did full foils “sectioning” as she went around my head. This has completely messed up the sections I already had previously and left me with a jumbled mess. As for the blonde “sections” she didn’t leave the bleach on long enough for it to process leaving me with yellow streaks all over my head. Also she didn’t bleach my roots which has left me with jagged root lines around the front of my face. This is absolutely not what I expected the out come to be. Compared to what I came in with I may as well shouldn’t have gone. No matter how much the stylist told me how good it looked. I’m so upset with the way I look now and have half a mind to ask for my money back.
