I was very happy with my visit to First Impression. I was greeted as I came in, seated promptly and seen straight away by the stylist, Maria, despite the fact that I was fifteen minutes early. Maria is a delightful person, with extremely good personal and communication skills and a very very skilled professional. I was delighted with my cut and the whole process of the appointment. The salon is lucky to have Maria.
The salon itself was clean, smart and welcoming and I shall certainly be visiting again.
I was very pleased with my hair colour today - Louise did a brilliant job and I will definitely be back when my hair needs doing again! Also the coffee was perfect!

Louise does a fantastic blow dry - better than any hairdresser I’ve been to in Chicago (where I live). And at a fraction of the cost, too! She is always so chatty, bright and funny, meaning that I really look forward to having my hair done (and to seeing her).
