Firstly I was met with a a very friendly welcome which made me feel valued. I went on up to Megan who also was very warm and friendly, she explained exactly what she was going to do and proceeded to keep me updated throughout the whole treatment. Thank you ladies for making my visit special.

Sophie is amazing and so caring and has been very supportive through my journey with Cancer. Had a complete restyle going from long and thin to short and stylish. Topped of today by a colouring service. I can’t recommend Sophie from First Impressions enough so skilled in everything she does from cutting to colour. I have had so many compliments already.
