I she is excellent to do the patch test and I pop in last Saturday and she said you had a blister and that you are allergic to hair colour dye and they say see you on the 2 October at 1030

It was my first time getting my hair done at Zappas after a friend recommended me to try them.
From the moment I arrived every staff member was very welcoming, offering a drink and even free biscuits.
Andreea was the friendliest and calming stylist I have ever met.
I am always a little anxious when it comes to hair cuts but she made me feel at ease.
She double checked everything through the whole process, explained what she was doing and why.
She left me feeling so calm and relaxed and so happy with my hair style afterwards! Perfect hair for my awards lunch at the Shard the next day!

I love this salon. Jodie has an incredible knowledge about hair and health. Having had chemotherapy my hair was lack lustre baby fine and difficult to manage. I had tried several hair dressers before my daughter in law recommended Zappa's. What a revelation . Jodie new exactly how I felt and what problems I was having.
Her knowledge and skills has helped me to feel so much better about my hair. We have worked together as a partnership to help restore healthy strong hair after losing it to chemo. I find her truly uplifting and engaging. I love the fact that the other staff are all friendly and the atmosphere is great. Nothing is too much trouble. Recently both my mum and daughter,who lives 40 miles away,have had the pleasure of having their hair done at zappas fleet. Zappas is by no means a local salon to where I live or work, however Andreea makes it worth the 40 minute drive. Her knowledge and skill emanates from every piece of advice she has given at each appointment. She has transformed my hair and continues to work her magic so that my hair can be in its best possible shape for my wedding next year. She has attention to detail and instantly puts you at ease as she listens to your wants and needs and gives you a result that makes you truly feel listened to. Every time I leave I have an extra spring in my step and feel completely pampered. I trust Andreea completely and know that my hair is in the best hands. A true credit to the company.
