Since seeing Andreea my hair has neverbgeen better. She sat down with me on the first day and understood my concern and showed me what i needed to do to help my hair get healthy again.
Even with wanting to change my hair she has suggested a less damaging way so i can be happy with my hair.

Haven’t been to the hairdressers for 15+ years, so was very anxious, I had highlights done by Chloe and another colleague and they really cared about getting it right for me. I honestly can’t recommend Jody highly enough. She’s such a talented and skilled hairdresser, and she’s been amazing throughout my cancer journey. As always I come out of Zappas very happy. Jody is excellent, she will give recommendations but always goes with what I want. She does a wonderful job of both cutting and colouring. Lovely haircut this afternoon. As usual Kate listened carefully to what I wanted and came up with helpful suggestions, which she then skillfully executed.
Experience was slightly marred by being unable to leave a tip as there was no change. I find your tipping process archaic and difficult, as I don’t use money anymore. It’s a real shame as I find it gets in the way and leaves an unpleasant feeling (which is the exact reverse of how I imagine it’s intended)
