Another one of many appointments.. returning to Zappas under Milly's fine eye and care. I absolutely love time in this upbeat salon full of amazing, kind, caring and talented girls. Good coffee, chat, head massage and massaging chair whilst getting prettied up is just a best switch off for my head and sould. I can't ask for better service and my hair always looks beautiful. Kayleigh did such an amazing job with my daughter's hair for her prom. She really took the time to listen to exactly what she wanted and gave her some great advice too. This was my first visit to Zappas for an initial consultation. I was left a little underwhelmed as having looked at the website I thought the consultation would be more in depth, discussing my hair type, face shape etc. I also thought that I would be looking at ideas of styles to suit me. I wasn’t offered a drink, although it said on the website it would. The lady (I’m so sorry I forget her name) was friendly but I felt the process was rushed and left not feeling that I’d reached any decisions.
Exceptional service very much needed this evening after a tough day at work and delivered firstly with a great hair wash and massage, then superb styling by Milli. I left feeling amazing. Thank you Zappers once again for looking after me.

I’ve never been able to find someone who can understand my hair, it being super curly and voluminous. I have now found the only person who understands curly hair well and also pampers you and teaches you about your hair! Amazing experience and final result. It’s a little expensive but worth it!
