I've had my hair for 55 years but Andreea knows it better than me. She understands the bits the drive me nuts, the way I live and how my hair needs to fit in with that and now I'm post menopausal how my hormones have changed it. Andreea always understands when I say "can we sort of do this?" and explains why that won't work for me such as "can we just cut it short?" And how an alternative idea would work. I have every confidence in Andreea and live the confidence an hour with her gives me.

When I initially rang to book I was shocked at the price (I don't get my hair cut often) however from the moment I walked through the door to the moment I left I was met with such professionalism and kindness.
I wasn't just paying for a cut but an experience and one that I've never had before. An initial consult with the hairdresser, Andreea, who I couldn't fault. Not one bit. Thank you so much. I went in with a clear idea of what I thought I wanted and Andreea took the time, using her qualifications and experience, to explain right down to the detail of my facial structure why a different style would fit me and my lifestyle better! She really took the whole holistic look into it! And not just the final look walking out but how it would be with myself maintaing it! The closer look at my scalp! The hair wash with a MASSAGE! Then the cut itself, with Andreea yet again showing me and informing me how to beat style it and look after it and maintain it!
