done throughout to make me feel comfortable with magazines offered during the periods when waiting for the next stage of treatment.

The new toot rage replacement is even better. Hair is shiny and looks natural! Absolutely delighted at the result!

Helen did a great job of blending in the colour so that I don't have to have my whole hair coloured and the styling my just past the shoulder is clever and stylish making me feel youthful and sophisticated.

Changed hairdressers after 20 years with my previous one. Little bit nervous about the colour match especially as it was a different product. Really pleased with the end result - beautiful colour with a fantastic shine and feels silky smooth., Very pleased with Emily J and Natalie. Highly recommend the salon.

The best salon I've ever been to. The staff are all,without exception willing and friendly.This is a family friendly and unisex salon. I can't recommend Strands too highly.

Whilst not being negative about my ideas, she understood more about what I wanted than I did and came up with some great ideas which would prevent me from making a drastic change, she knew I wouldn't like. Very happy, I will be going back and have recommended to friends

Had a lovely hair appointment with helen- well looked after- lovely cuppa tea- hair treatment and a cut and blow dry. She was very friendly and professional throughout :)

It was the st time I had been to the salon and was recommended by my daughter to use Alex there.

He was excellent and listened to what I was looking for and delivered what I wanted.

I am now going to use the salon all the time.

I've been coming to Strands for over 10 years now, and you don't continue to visit somewhere if they don't look after you. Always given a warm welcome, and always feel comfortable in the salon.

Chloe has looked after me since I first visited and she has always been a pleasure to see, we always have a laugh but most importantly she does a great job of cutting my hair. It's a shame she can't do anything about it falling out and going grey......

Natasha cut my 11yr old daughter's hair today. She was lovely and did a great job. My daughter is so pleased. She took the time to give us some advice on a GHD product and showed us how to use it. Nothing was too much trouble! Thank you so much :-)

I have been going to this strands salon since it opened and I have always been made to feel welcome. I can always trust them to advice me on what would suit me best and guide me in the right direction in regards to style and colour.
Natasha was my hairdresser and I will definitely be going back to her, she was very friendly but not too over friendly. Although I haven't been with Tasha before, I felt comfortable and at ease in discussing what I would like.
I always feel I get the best value for money and I always leave Strands feeling extremely happy with the outcome.

She treated me so well and I am in love with my hair. I will be back :) thank you so much x

I was very happy with the care I got given and would 100% recommend to friends bf family! The staff were very friendly couldn't ask for a better service.

I have been to Strands several times and like the service I always receive. I booked my last employment on line, which is so easy to do. Helen cut my hair, she made me feel special and listened to me before making her suggestions. I was very impressed with the finished result and will certainly be back! My hair is very fine and thin on top, so a good cut is essential.

Have been visiting since it opened and Kelly always does an amazing cut and colour, today was no different and I love both mine and my daughters hair cuts. My daughter (3) loves the nail bar and bending SJs ear. And Tiffany chatted to her whilst Kelly finished my hair. Love Strand's Whiteley.

From someone who would rather go to a dentist than a hairdresser. Kelly has put me at ease. Excellent as always. Never go anywhere else.
Nobody but Kelly gets near my hair. Lovely atmosphere, great relaxing treatment and massage.

Visited today and had an appointment booked with Helen, this was the first time I've had her as my hairdresser, although I've been visiting for years. Really pleased with the result of my colour and will definitely be booking with her again.

Always a fabulous experience. All the staff, especially my hairdresser Chloe, know how to make you look good. They never fail. I'd give a higher rating but only allowed to give 5.

Booked online last minute after deciding I needed a change. Very warm welcome, helpful consultation about how best to tackle my grey roots. Nice cup of coffee and chat while having my hair pampered. Came away very happy, with 10 years younger looking hair, turned out even better than I thought! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Strands for all your hair needs.

I booked to originally have a trim as has work photographs the following day. I was bored with current style and didn't really trust which style to go for. Tash who was my stylist spent time chatting with me about various options and helped and reassured me to choose a style that I could manage and maintain. After getting home and playing with my hair I felt it was slightly uneven,I contacted the salon and asked if someone could check. Straight away without any fuss or cost they invited me in where Tash was able to reassure me. I would certainly recommend their service.

Always love having my hair styled at Strands. The team are so friendly and welcoming. Again on Saturday I walked away very happy with T bar and a bouncy blow dry! Thank you!

I have been coming to the salon for some years and am always happy with the service. I'm always welcomed on arrival and it is usually a relaxing experience throughout. However, I do feel the look of the salon should be addressed. I have noticed the salon is becoming very cluttered with shelving and products in every space possible and when the salon is busy with a full team of staff and customers it can feel a little clostriphobic. The team and overall service is very professional- I feel the over all environment should also reflect this and be much more streamline to provide that relaxing salon experience.

The gorgeous Natalie did a great job with my hair this morning. She knows just how to manage my "big" hair and has created a look I love. She always takes the time to talk through what we are going to do and how it will look over the next few weeks.

Natalie was a very welcoming face as I've never been here before.
Really easy to talk to and great for ideas and inspiration, technical knowledge and expertise were all really reassuringly great

Natalie has always been excellent. I am usually a tad nervous going to the hairdressers after a few bad experiences but Natalie is just great! Always takes the time to listen and discuss ideas and always puts my mind at ease. Great hair cut and finish, I always ask for my hair to be curled at the end and it is never any bother for her to go the extra mile! Cannot rate her highly enough!! Thanks Natalie!
