Always happy with my hair that why I’ve been coming for many years

I always feel so relaxed and welcome at Hair OTT. Today I came in for a change of colour which I was really nervous about due to my hair being curly and it getting damaged, but Megan was excellent, my hair feels just as good if not better than when I went in. The colour result is also better than I could’ve hoped for! I will definitely continue using Hair OTT!

Was treated perfectly very friendly and excellent service,made me feel at home .

I was a bit apprehensive about seeing a different stylist, but Lauren made a lovely job of my hair. Lauren was warm, friendly and easy to talk to. I was really pleased with the way she had cut my hair. Also I am very fussy about my fringe and Lauren shaped it very nicely. I look forward to seeing Lauren H again in the future.

Cannot remember the name of the technician who coloured my hair, but she did an amazing job, I love the colour.
The girl who rinsed and washed my hair was so lovely, attentive and was so so gentle.

I always enjoy having my hair done at Hair Ott. The customer service is exceptional and I always leave feeling relaxed, pampered and beautiful. The owner, Otto, always takes the time to see every customer and have a little chat and the cappuccinos are amazing! Jennie is by far the best stylist I have ever had. She understands my wild hair like no one else and I value her opinion and advice with regards to styles etc. I highly recommend this salon. It’s so much more than just a visit to the hairdresser.

I have been seeing Chloe to do my hair since I moved to Havant about 4 years ago. I have never been disappointed and today is no exception. Chloe listens and understands what I am trying to achieve. We have been short, long, bangs, fringe ( not my best idea) dark, back to natural grey and now with subtle lowlights. I love it thank you Chloe

Having visited Hair OTT Cosham for many years I always feel safe in their hands. On the rare occasion my usual stylist Sam isn't available I've also been very pleased with my cut from another stylist.
Sam is always attentive and understands my needs, she doesn't go over the top or flamboyant in style unless asked but is always willing to make suggestions with every appointment.
I especially love how she styles my hair different every time, sometimes wavy, sometimes straightened, I'm therefore always delighted.

1st visit for years and was really pleased with how Chloe did it and she was very friendly
