I have my hair cut regularly by Otto and All I can say is he’s an absolutely amazing guy and I wouldn’t have my haircut by anyone else, the Experience of having your haircut at hair ott is relaxing and therapeutic

Quick check in then zap the NHS Covid Track and Trace App and off to my safe area. Catherine is friendly as always and after a chat about today’s treatment she is off and running! Very busy due to timing of second lockdown but coffee was offered as soon as I sat down. Colour was booked (luckily!) and before I sipped my drink -almost through my mask -Catherine had foils in my hair and discussion had on trim or full cut! I opted for trim - it is almost winter time! Just over 2 hours later I am saying good bye to staff after admiring the cute reflection in the mirror. Yes it’s mine and I can only confirm that should I ever win big on the lottery I will grab Catherine as my personal hairdresser ?‍♂️

I really love my hair. I feel that Emily really understood what I wanted. I have become braver trying out shorter, more edgy, hairstyles as I trust her to style and cut my hair to suit me. I am really pleased!

Another lovely visit to hair ott cosham today. As a mum who works part time as a carer I don’t get anytime for myself so the little luxury of having my hair done (even just a cut and blow dry) is my time out.

I was rather apprehensive this morning as I approached Hair Ott Cosham for my first appointment since lockdown, but everyone was so welcoming and friendly with extremely good hygiene that I soon felt comfortable.
I entered looking like an old witch (as my hair was long and shapeless) but Claudia worked her magic and I love my new style.
