From the minute I walked into hair ott, last week to even enquire about my hair, I was treated with so much care and attention from all staff, Lovely smiley face and manner to the lady on the desk. Then when coming in on the 22/03/23 I was treated exactly the same standard, and even got greeted by Otto, and he took my coat, and was so lovely, and got me a cappuccino, as soon as I sat down. The attention to detail on customer care I cannot of asked for more better service, did I want a magazine, do I want a coffee, they very much make sure their customers are treated to a very high standard. I felt like a Queen. Then I met Chloe who introduced herself and asked about my hair and her attention to detail was out of this world, never been asked to every detail on how I want my hair cut, and Otto came over and spoke to me to confirm I wanted this or that, so much attention and time put into my hair. I really did feel like the queen. Then putting colour on I knew by even then my hair was going to be lovely as Chloe put all the foils so close to the head and you know from having hair done over the years when someone’s skills are just 10/10 if I could give a bigger score then I would. Then with all the process, I had time and effort spent on me, put under heated domes, toners, massage the whole experience was just lovely. Then when I finally got to drying cutting and finishing, I was so excited to see the Bob shape on the side and eventually saw the back which was the short cut I explained was hard to achieve in pas, because my hair not being long enough at front. But Chloe worked her magic and I couldn’t be more happy. Also to all the staff at hair ott, you are all so lovely and polite. I couldn’t fault anyone. I definitely recommend hair ott to anyone who wants the best treatment, cut and full package.

I always look forward to my visit to the salon. I had a lovely head massage by Louise and fabulous hair cut by Ott. It's wonderful to relax and have a little "me time."

I have been coming to Hair Ott for over 25 years and Sarah has done my hair for the majority of that time, I’m always well looked after, I completely trust her judgement with my hair and have never come away unhappy with it, she always knows what colours will look good on me and exactly what style suits me, don’t know what I would do without her!
I really look forward to my visits where I can relax and have some much needed time to myself.

Leah is very easy to get along woth and chat too and is a super stylist. Foils are super quick and I've always been happy with the cut she gives. She takes time and listens to exactly what you want. 5* from me

Belle was my stylist and she did my hair perfect, it’s in the style I like, she was very gentle too, I’m normally having my head pulled around but she didn’t.

This is only my third cut with Sam but she understood my hair right from the start which was great because some hairdressers have trouble with it.
3 cuts in and I’m really pleased with what she’s done.

I love my new hait loiuise did wonders and worked soo hstd I cant say how happy i was when i left the sslon would recommend to everyone

She discussed with me on how to amend my hair , show me the chart colour and she told me if I’m happy with it and hen she started , after it was so good and I’m happy with the colour, the owner dealt it so nicely and very accommodating and I’m glad I went back and they sorted out my hair. So m happy now.

I have been going to Hair OTT many years and it has always been great. Every member of staff is kind and welcoming and it is a pleasure to go there. I am a big fan of Leah who has been cutting my hair for many years. She is fantastic at her job, nothing is too much trouble and I always enjoy chatting to her. She was very good, I have always had Catherine but she is not there atm , a bit apprehensive as she doesn’t know me like Catherine, a colour and a cut , as I’m moving out the area and wanted a decent haircut before I go , which I got .. can’t recommend this salon enough.. 25 years and I’m fussy ?

Came in today as noticed poster for free hair cut done by trainees which were accompanied by liz from Waterlooville branch and was very happy with result they made me feel like a new woman lol.

What an amazing, and welcoming hair salon. Everybody was really friendly. Catrine took her time going through the style to suit me after asking about myself not just my hair. She did a lovely haircut. I couldn't recommend this place enough. I can out with not only a beautiful hair cut but also feeling on top of the world. Thank you so much.
