Fab haircut, really love it. I've got quite tricky thick coarse hair but Hair Ott always manage to get it looking glossy and sleek. I've been going to Emily for a very long time, she's an exceptional hairdresser, and always asks after my children and grandchildren. Catrina is just the best, she's always so kind and friendly and incredibly accommodating for me and my young son Teddy. Sophia is always so thorough with colouring and cutting my hair so I'm always happy with end results. She also does my Brazilian blow drys which I would highly recommend for
frizzy hair, once you have one you will be hooked. I just love having shiny sleek hair with minimal fuss, I am always getting compliments on the high shine
