This is my second time at Hair OTT based on a recommendation from my mother in law. I am very specific about my hair as its curly and I've always struggled to find a hairdresser that cuts it properly. Jennie is wonderful and completely understood my concerns the first time around and second time recommended how much to cut (if I'd had my way we'd be looking at a bob🤣🤣🤣) and due to her experience and ability to put me at ease, I feel completely comfortable in taking her advice and learning from her how to look after my hair properly. Now I have Jennie, I won't go anywhere else and always happy to recommend her!
