Always have a good haircut when I come here. I work in QA hospital and often get patients who comment on my hair. I always say where I’ve had it cut. Also because the cut is good I can keep it looking good for longer. Megan is a lovely stylist, always happy and up for a chat.

Otto oversaw colour etc. Very happy with cut. Thank you. Lilly colour etc.happy with colour, not sure if parts of the bleached hair was supposed to be toned. Scalp was a little itchy but managed to wash it down with a bit of water at home.

Dior was lovely and chatty, was a good cut but quite disappointed with the colour and highlights. I went from having blond hair to dark brown when I asked for dark blond or light brown. The toner she put on the highlights to try and blend then into the too dark base colour has made them grey and really show up. She said as I’m off somewhere hot this week it should hopefully lighten it up, I hope she’s right, otherwise it’s another trip to the salon on my return. It’s not enough to put me off going back as this is the first time in many years of using this salon that I haven’t been happy with the result.
Having moved to the area recently, I unfortunately went to a hairdresser who made a real mess of my colour. I walked into hair ott looking a complete mess and walked out feeling amazing. I can't thank everyone enough for making me feel so welcome and giving me exactly what I wanted, nothing was to much trouble and all the staff there are lovely .Hair ott is going to be my hairdressers from now on and I can't recommend them enough .Thank you again .

Every time I get charged a higher price than the last time and it doesn't make sense to me how you increase the price every 6 weeks. Why can't it stay the same at least over a year? I know that Sophia gets more expensive every years she is qualified but not every 6 weeks!
