Since being a client at Hair Ott i have the best hairstyle for me that i have ever had, thank you all.
This is my second time at Hair OTT based on a recommendation from my mother in law. I am very specific about my hair as its curly and I've always struggled to find a hairdresser that cuts it properly. Jennie is wonderful and completely understood my concerns the first time around and second time recommended how much to cut (if I'd had my way we'd be looking at a bobš¤£š¤£š¤£) and due to her experience and ability to put me at ease, I feel completely comfortable in taking her advice and learning from her how to look after my hair properly. Now I have Jennie, I won't go anywhere else and always happy to recommend her!
Iāve been using Hair OTT for years and have had several stylists. All are very professional, friendly and caring. All discuss your hair, listen to what you say and do what you ask. Leah is my current stylist and consistently good at what she does. The reception team are also fabulous with reminders and on booking so you always have your slot with your stylist. Thank you

Had the most amazing experience from the start following a bad experience from a different salon 6 mths ago this time I was listened too was included each step of the way jennie took me slowly though the process which I really needed results are great and Just how I wanted my hair to look I also had my hair washed with relaxing hair and shoulder massage from Olivia both ladies were extremely warm and friendly put me at ease I am excited to return Thankyou ladies
So, this was my first time at the salon, and I had an amazing experience with Sophia. She made me feel super relaxed and confident that she totally understood what I wanted. Iāve already booked in twice with Sophia, and I canāt wait for my next visit.

Sam always does a great job. The rest of the team are always keen to help, it's almost a therapy session, a coffee, head massage, bit of chat, and today everyone was very solicitous of my poorly knee!
