I've been with hair ott since I moved to Portsmouth 28 years ago .my stylist Sarah is friendly puts me at ease and gives a great cut and styling. I trust Sarah with my hair and enjoy my appointments
As always excellent colour, blended roots looks natural. Cut layers gives hair length body and movement. Would highly recommend definitely worth the money for finally finding a hairdressers that understands my reasons and have yet to achieve expectations above mine.
Emily took me on today in the absence of my usual stylist. She was very professional, friendly and clearly experienced. I was very pleased with my cut as I had asked for something a little different, which worked. Thank you

Professional and listened to what I needed even if I haven't got the hairdressing jargon!! Can I also add because you don't allow comments on your reception staff and it pains me to say it that I don't know her name but she remembers mine and me and I totally trust her recommendations. I think you should expand your comments box to more than just a tick box.

Been coming here for about 5 years now and have always been well looked after. From the minute I walk in until I leave my needs are priority to all the staff, from juniors all the way up to Otto himself. I always leave feeling relaxed and delighted with my hair. Chloe is always careful to consider my wishes and has always made sure I have exactly what I’ve asked for but is also honest enough to tell me when she thinks I’m wrong and that what I’m asking wouldn’t be suitable. She’s confident and skilled in what she does and I absolutely love my hair every time.
Chloe has been a star as always - she listens to what I want to do with my hair and delivers every time! A fabulous cut and colour, thank you - and I even had the pleasure a chat with Otto today x

I've been coming to Hair Ott for over 20 years and have always been happy with the end results. The salon has a lovely relaxing atmosphere. All the stylists are excellent - and had many over the years cutting my hair. The additional little touches (head massages etc) make it very special. This time I wanted something different as have thick coarse longish grey hair that was just too hot.I had a hairstyle in mind, but had really good advice from Chloe and Emily on the suitability of the style. In the end went for what they suggested and am so pleased with it. 10 out of 10!X
