Yet again Sarah pulled it out of the bag. I can't imagine having anyone but Sarah cut my hair now. She is so good and precise, I have never left with my hair feeling anything but great and seeing Otto is like greeting a family member.

Unfortunately you don’t do bonded only tape and no swatches were anywhere near my hair colour. I’d booked online and had a choice of 3 stylists only on the day of my appointment I had a call to say nobody was in this day to consult, so had to rebook. Felt disappointed this cost me £15

I called on the off chance of an appointment, and was so happy there was a space for me.

Lilly was lovely, an apprentice at your salon, and Sarah transformed my hair from long, heavy and unloved to light, trendy and stylish…talked through face shape, style…and usual hair routine…I had a lot cut…wished did a before and after picture…but wasn’t just about the hair cut…it was the wholesome holistic experience, and I enjoyed “me time”

Fabulous appointment with Cat on Friday. She really listens to what I am aiming for, answers all my questions very patiently and explains what she is doing and why. I've gone lighter due to getting more grey at the front of my hair, but didn't want to go blonde. I spent 6 hours in the salon and came out with a beautiful bronde colour that I absolutely love ❤️. Cat always cuts my hair brilliantly and she is very professional but friendly. The salon team are lovely, always very welcoming. Highly recommend Hair Ott Cosham 😍

I could not have felt more looked after! Sarah and Sophia were so kind, honest and knowledgeable. They listened to all the issues I was having with my hair, talked through all my options and advised me on the best course of action.
All the staff from the minute I walked into the salon made me feel so welcome, such a friendly place to spend a few hours!

Emily listened to the cut that I wanted, after having a chat my hair was washed. A head and neck massage offered. I was offered a drink , all the staff seemed so lovely.
