Today I brought my son (age 6) in to have his curls trimmed. He has left with a grown up boys hair cut and looks as smart as he ever has done. The lady cutting his hair was incredibly detailed and efficient. She did a wonderful job. Both him and I are very happy with the cut.

Rachel is brilliant I had two boys hair cuts 5 year old and a very challenging 3 year old, who doesn’t like his hair cut he fights & screams, Rachel is very relaxed and good with him and even with all that still manages a great hair cut, she ensures he’s happy before he leaves the salon with high 5s as he leaves, Rachel is a great hairdresser and wouldn’t use anyone else now.

Did a fantastic job of keeping my little one calm throughout his first haircut, being very friendly and patient. The results are great!

Rachel was just amazing with my anxious 2 year old today. He had his first haircut and she cannot have done more to make him feel at ease. She took her time, explained every step of the process, showed him everything she was using, distracted him and chatted to him throughout! She was simply amazing :)

Great job. Asked exactly what I wanted, checked with me all the way through. Brilliant with my son who was waiting. Nicole was kind and cheerful.

Rachel gave an amazing experience from start to finish. Letting my daughter put her dolly in the chair firstly and pretending to cut her hair was a lovely touch and really put her at ease. After choosing which DVD to watch she was sitting comfortably and never moved during the entire haircut. The biscuit and sticker at the end was a lovely gesture and topped it off. Thanks for a lovely experience.

Lovely visit today with my 3 year old daughter, she was pampered and even had her hair plaited. Booked for my son in half term.

I came into the salon feeling very anxious, due to my little boy not liking hair cuts, he was already upset when we entered the salon. But Nicole and the other lady today were so welcoming and reassuring. I told them how I felt and my son. She asked if I would like him to sit on my lap which is such a nice gesture ! He wasn’t happy part of it but Nicole was lovely and patient ! Even after the hair cut ! Thankyou so so much :)

Daughters first hair cut in a year. She is three so was curious and wasn’t sure she wanted her hair cut any way! No problems and was nicely distracted by the TV. A nice trim and had lovely plaits put in. Daughter left very happy.

I was very happy with the covid precautions. My hairdresser gave me an excellent sissor cut. Afterwards she realised I could get a pensioner discount and applied it without my asking. I was very happy with the whole experience and will be using them again.

My son hasn’t previously had too much trouble at the hairdressers but due to lockdowns it’s been a long time since he’s been. After saying he wanted to be able to spike his hair we booked an appt at His & Kids Chandlers Ford. We got there and he suddenly decided he didn’t want it done. I thought once started he’d settle...he definitely didn’t!! But he did at this point have some of the back of his hair clippered by this point so there was no going back! He was screaming the place down, getting off the chair, trying to fight off the 2 hairdressers at this point and myself trying to persuade him to calm down!
Rachel was SO patient with him and also kind to mummy too who was a bit distressed by this point too! She never made me feel like I shouldn’t have brought him and was lovely to My son throughout...who even managed to walk out with a lolly, a sweet and a biscuit! Not to mention the sticker!
Thanks so much Rachel, we will definitely be back to you (hopefully not so traumatic next time!). X
