Hayley was fab again with our little boy, who seems to really struggle with getting his hair. She tried different methods of distracting him and I am now hopefully he is gradually getting better.

Had little man’s first hair cut done at a salon today, she made his experience very comfortable and lovely customer service :)

My daughter had her hair cut on Saturday 12th March however upon coming home and inspecting the the cut I was mortified to see that her hair was uneven and in my eyes ruined. I wanted to respect the salon as the stylist was lovely so called the salon on 15th March when they re opened to explain my concern , at first I was told they didn’t have time to rectify the cut that day but explained that I didn’t want them to touch her hair and try and fix it but wanted a refund , i was offered a call from the salon manager as I was informed they would need to agree a refund so gave my details but have not yet received a phone call to discuss the matter and resolve the issue . I’m not one to complain how ever my daughters hair I feel is ruined , uneven and even when I put it up for school you can see short bits that are not long enough to stay within the updo. I respect my daughters hair was quite long and had a few inches taken off but I would expect the hair cut to be straight! I have also taken a photo where it is clearly evident!

Hayley has been brilliant with my little boy as it has been very hard work to cut his hair since he was 8 months old. She has been patient and built rapport with my son so he now trusts her and is a different child when having haircuts. It was a very stressful experience as a parent and hayley has dealt with us all so well. So thank you

Sorry not sure what the stylist was called, she was the only one in the salon. She was very good with Jack, it was his first hair cut at 10 months old.

Naz was amazing! My little one is usually terrified of having his hair cut however we got through his haircut stress free! She was amazing with him, showing him everything that was coming next and keeping him calm. A very successful haircut! Thank you.

We had such a positive and lovely experience for our little boys first haircut. The stylist was welcoming and gentle and put us at ease. She made sure to give us some cuttings of hair to keep and a lovely certificate. Couldn’t recommend highly enough!

I have been taking my little boy to His & Kids since he was 10 months. Only recently have I found the hair stylist I want to stick with! Hayley is so lovely and listens to what I want for my little one. He’s not always in the best mood starting off but Hayley puts us at ease every time! I’d recommend Hayley to everyone and she’s the reason I go back each time.

It was great - as usual. Not only do I get exactly the cut that I want, which is of course ideal, but it's just so interesting to talk with Naz

Great haircut but only 20 minutes allocated. Really? No wonder your staff are leaving in droves. Shocking. My hair is so fine that there is no way my hair can be cut within 20 mins. You need to change your ways or you’ll lose more customers, just like you’ve lost this one.

Hayley was amazing. My son doesn’t enjoy having his hair cut but Hayley made the best of a bad situation. She was gentle and quick, also a great hair cut!

My son had a lovely experience having his haircut by Hayley. All of the salon staff are friendly and welcoming. Hayley is very attentive to the needs of all the children, making sure it’s not itching their neck and not in their eyes etc. Every time we come we are always really pleased with the time and care taken over the cut and very happy with the end result. I feel very lucky to have this service on our doorstep.

I’m not one to normally leave reviews but I took my 2 year old in for her first hair cut and she was upset and slightly overwhelmed by it all. Rachel was so patient with her and ended up cutting her hair on the floor whilst she played with toys. Would definitely recommend His and Kids and will be coming back again! Thank you so much.

Just incredible. My son finds it hard to keep his head still etc and Amy and Rachael were just incredible. They go above and beyond to make the experience as enjoyable as possible! Can not rate this hairdressers enough!! Exceptional!!

Very pleased with the haircut I received from Hayley

Absolutely brilliant! We arrived early and Nav sat Theo down, clipped him in the chair and took time chatting with him and calming him. He picked the gown he wanted, had a colour changing bubble tower with fish and paw patrol on the tv in front. The saloon brilliant for children and Theo has never had such a successful hair cut. Nav you’re awesome! Thanks again ?

Rachel was fantastic with our two year old and gave him the best hair cut he's had!

Naz did my sons hair today and we always hope we see her. She is so professional and makes my some Tyler feel so comfortable! She is always smiling and happy. Today working alone with customers waiting and working exceptionally hard STILL smiling and happy and very great job on sons hair!!

Under STYLIST/ THERAPIST NAME only gives option as Rachel or Nicole. Neither were in. Naz was working alone.

Took our autistic son for his haircut and we were instantly put at ease. Rachel was incredibly understanding of his needs, and did everything to comfort him in something he finds extremely distressing. Rachel was patient and nothing phased her. We walked away with a great haircut and incredibly happy parents! The salon is clean, tidy and has a calm atmosphere. Would highly recommend to anyone in particular the Great staff.

Couldn’t fault the service. Rachel made my 2 year old feel comfortable and really relaxed for his haircut! She made him smile and he really enjoyed it!
