I actually really look forward to my appointment with Connor. I have always been someone that doesn’t like getting my hair cut (and don’t do it regularly) because I worry about it not being right or not liking it. However in the safe hands of Connor, I love the experience and my hair afterwards! Would highly recommend and won’t go to anyone else!

Tried Box hairdressers for the first time. Lovely ambience, head massage during hair wash actually made me feel relaxed. Connor made sure he gave me enough time to express how i want it to be styled and delivered it as well. Thank you. Shall surely return.

Amazing as always

I booked into Box after the salon I have been to for the last 14 years closed down. I was a bit nervous trying somewhere new, especially since this was my first visit to a salon or a retail place since the first lockdown , but I needn’t have been. I was booked in with Harriet and she was a delight! Two years of no hair styling meant I needed a restyle and Harriet had some helpful suggestions and gave me an excellent cut and blow dry. So happy with my new do! The salon was spotless and all the staff were wearing masks so it was very reassuring. Super polite and welcoming. Would definitely recommend.

I believe he is actually a hairdresser but was helping out Rebecca....good team member as well. He was great, didn't catch his name but think he had a south African accient? A credit to salon. Btw, great to see coffee back, it was nice too.

This was my first visit to the salon. I was very impressed by the safety measures still in place for COVID. It made me feel relaxed and safe. Harriet restyled my hair to match a photo I supplied. I am really pleased with it! She took great care to speak to me throughout about what I wanted from the style. And the cut itself is superb. I will definitely be going back for future haircuts.

Today I attended my regular 7 weekly appointment with Hayley. As usual we reviewed my hair requirements and agreed on a plan of action. Over the past couple of years I have built a good relationship with Hayley, who is always friendly, kind, caring and professional. She listens to my needs and offers helpful advice when needed. Other staff at Box Hairdressing are polite and helpful. I'm very pleased with my hair.
