Ruby is coming along really well. This is my third appointment with her and her confidence is really growing. She hardly spoke on my first visit but she seems really comfortable in her role now and is able to answer questions and give advice. I was really happy with everything and the end resulting colour is fab, however the bleach burned my scalp this time, and my head has been quite pink and sore, that’s the only reason I’m giving 4/5 for result rather than 5.

Had a discussion of what I would like done and given advice and products on what they would use to wash my hair . Through out there was an explanation of why something was used. On entering, I was impressed with the friendly staff and the deco, Ruby was my trainee hair stylist and made me feel at ease straight away. She listened to me and what I wanted. She explained everything she was doing and why. Ruby was supervised throughout the cut but was confident in her work. They provide a hair wash with shampoo and conditioners tailored to your scalp, which also includes a complimentary head massage.
Once sat down hair dried and primed for your cut you are offered complimentary snacks and a drink with ice.
I’ve been going to Anya for a few months now and the quality of the cuts have been amazing. I also highly recommend Darryn who is also very much at the top of his game.
