First visit to Spirit. Ruby and the team were very friendly. I thought the cost of a wash and cut was very good too.

So happy that I was recommended this salon! Everyone is so welcoming and friendly, they make you feel at ease and really do listen to what you want. Amy is great, will never go anywhere else!

I had the pleasure of both Darryn and Anya today, a fantastic cut from Darryn and the perfect colour from Anya. Always a luxury experience and highly recommended. Nothing is too much trouble and you get exactly what you wanted and more. Don’t delay book today.

I had a great experience at this salon. Anya was incredibly thorough and really took the time to listen to what I wanted before we started. Throughout the appointment she explained every step of what she was doing and checked in regularly to make sure I was happy with how everything was looking.

What I appreciated most was that Anya didn’t just style my hair and send me on my way — she showed me how to recreate the look myself and gave me really helpful advice on what I can do to keep my hair healthy. It felt very personalised and professional, and I left feeling confident about maintaining my hair at home.

Overall, such a positive experience. If you’re looking for someone who truly listens, takes their time, and cares about the health of your hair as well as the final result, I would definitely recommend her.

From Reception to stylish and all staff in between I received a really professional service, with warmth and friendliness. Darren particularly qualified and experienced to cut and texture my short hair with style, listened and delivered a brilliant cut. So glad it was such a positive experience as a first time customer.

I had the most amazing experience today getting my French bob and I honestly couldn’t be happier. After having nano extensions in for 7 months, my scalp was ready for a break — and from the moment I sat in the chair I felt completely looked after.
Everything was explained clearly, there was no rush, and the cut was done with so much care and precision. The transformation is unreal. My hair feels lighter, healthier and so much thicker already. The French bob sits perfectly and feels so fresh and modern.
It’s exactly what I needed — a proper reset. I left feeling confident, refreshed and excited to style my natural hair again.

From start to end Ruby was very professional, she asked about my hair type and condition and used tailored products. She talked through everything she was doing and made sure I was completely happy with it which I was.

From the initial consultation, Amy has been brilliant. I find the whole team lovely and welcoming too. I love my hair, thank you so much x

Usually see Alex, who's a star ive been going to for years, but was reccomended Darryn for an edgier cut i wanted to try! He smashed it, literally could not be happier even though I was nervous for a big change for myself 😅. 10/10 awesome dude, awesome skills, definitely reccomend him

As always, a very happy chap, engages well with clients, with a smiles and laughter. Superb stylist always knows what to do with my hair and gives excellent advice.
He always chats before cutting so he knows exactly what you want and if he thinks it won’t work he advises against it.

Absolutely fabulous was Amy, made me feel at ease as I’m looking for a change. So I’ve booked my appointment with her & looking forward to it.

I had my first hair cut in about 10 years. Kiara made me feel comfortable and talked me through every step and made sure I was comfortable with everything she was doing.

I was welcomed into the salon,my coat was taken and I was offered tea or coffee.As I do not drink either was offered a cold drink instead.Ruby escorted me to a chair and then asked what I was looking for today?I asked for a pixie cut,with shaved back,short around the ears and feathered fringe.Ruby asked how short for the back and what length for the top .I was then taken to have my hair washed, conditioned and a head massage if wanted.Ruby explained what products she was using and why .Ruby was very gentle when cutting my hair and chatted away ,which helped to put me at ease( I haven't been to a salon in over 20 years).Ruby finished by blow drying my hair and then put products on to fix the style( she explained what they were and what they did).I was very impressed by Ruby and the care given by the staff and would recommend this salon.
