I had my first hair cut in about 10 years. Kiara made me feel comfortable and talked me through every step and made sure I was comfortable with everything she was doing.

I was welcomed into the salon,my coat was taken and I was offered tea or coffee.As I do not drink either was offered a cold drink instead.Ruby escorted me to a chair and then asked what I was looking for today?I asked for a pixie cut,with shaved back,short around the ears and feathered fringe.Ruby asked how short for the back and what length for the top .I was then taken to have my hair washed, conditioned and a head massage if wanted.Ruby explained what products she was using and why .Ruby was very gentle when cutting my hair and chatted away ,which helped to put me at ease( I haven't been to a salon in over 20 years).Ruby finished by blow drying my hair and then put products on to fix the style( she explained what they were and what they did).I was very impressed by Ruby and the care given by the staff and would recommend this salon.

Today was a freshen up of my new haircut. I love it!! It’s so easy to manage. As always, Kiara’s attention to detail is amazing. I always leave feeling happy!

My 3 year old hates having his haircut. We’ve been using a mobile hairdresser and it had become an awful experience for all of us. We cautiously tried the salon thinking a change may be helpful.

I cannot describe how impressed I was with Bethan. She engaged him on topics he was interested in, moved at his pace and to our amazement, managed to get him to close his eyes and even laugh. It was such a relief.

We’ve gone from holding a distraught sweaty mess to him happily trotting out of the salon and saying he will come back.

Very happy with my Hair and lovely customer service

This was my first time to a salon in a long time, probably a good couple of years since. I had my haircut . I was incredibly nervous , I am a very anxious person and I find salons incredibly overwhelming. Bethan was incredible, all of the staff were kind and helpful. Bethan went above and beyond with making me feel comfortable & heard during my appointment, this is the best salon I’ve ever been to and her empathy and kindness was so appreciated. I will definitely be returning, would highly recommend this salon to anyone.

When you get your hair done by alex you feel and look so good. Hes a true professional and gives thought and attention to what you need.

Booked an appointment with Kiara after seeing her post looking for models with short hair. Having done my own hair at home for many years salons are not my thing. However, Kiara put me at ease straight away, had a good consultation on what style I wanted and my needs for aftercare. Kiara was confident and talked me through everything she was doing and all the products that she was using. I am very happy with style that we chose and the end result.

Excellent service off ruby this afternoon. All products what was used on my hair was explained what they are for. Extremely happy with the cut . Highly recommended. Definitely returning.

Have been getting my hair washed, styled and cut by Darryn for 10 years. I’d highly recommend him to anyone as he cuts to the style of your head to make it blend in well.
Styles awesomely and just gave me an awesome undercut.

I have not been happy with my hair in a very long time and struggled to find a hairdressers where, as a ND person, I felt comfortable. I was anxious beforehand as I always do with new places, but as soon as I arrived, I was made to feel at ease. My stylist Anya was superb and understood both me and my hair! She talked me through each stage of the cut and I felt very reassured. I left feeling very happy with my new haircut and have had LOADS of compliments today too! The salon is a 45 minute journey for me, but totally worth it! If you’re looking for a salon to go to, then go here, your hair will thank you later! :)

I used to avoid blow-dries because they always left my hair frizzy, but Darynn knew exactly how to handle my hair from day one. He makes me look and feel amazing every time.
