I recently posted a review which was after a disappointing visit, I was contacted by the salon asking me to return for a complimentary haircut, Toni and Guy staff went above and beyond to make my return visit a lovely experience and my faith has been restored. Thankyou.

My young daughter went in for a hair trim and she is not the easiest to manage. But Olivia was patient, relaxed her and did a great job. All the staff are really friendly and make it a great experience for my daughter and I love coming too. Big thank you!

So Olivia cuts my little boys hair. He has learning difficulties which makes getting his hair cut a very hard job . I honestly cant recommend Olivia enough . Shes so friendly n does her best with my boy . So yesterday me n Olivia was sat on the floor me holding my boy while she cut his hair . Honestly I woodnt bring him any were else ..recommend Olivia to everybody

I went to the salon with very long hair looking for a dramatic change to a short bob.
From the beginning to the end of my visit, the staff were lovely. The lady who works on reception was fantastic (sorry I couldn't remember he name), so welcoming and nice. And Darren who cut my hair, helped me decide what would be best and never pushed me to do something I didn't want to.
I have walked away having had a lovely all round experience and this was down to the lovely staff.

Fabulous colour application as usual and near perfect hairline, which is an excellent result when applying very dark colour on ‘sparkly’ roots!

Lewis coloured & cut my hair I was going to a wedding reception that evening & he had lots of ideas to dress my hair for the party. I was very happy & had lots of complements on how it looked.

Fabulous as always, enjoyed every minute.

I booked a cut and finish however it was the fastest hair experience ever, it took 35 minutes which included the consultation, wash, cut, two interruptions to check other clients and 5 minutes waiting at the till as the computer wouldn’t accept my gift voucher! The cut was fine but nothing special, a little disappointed as I expected more from a well established hair company and didn’t leave with the feel good factor!

I can’t thank this salon enough I’m six months pregnant and spent the last six months GREY! I’m only 24, after being told by numerous salons that they couldn’t do my hair because of my hormones reaction to previous dyes. This salon went above and beyond, they patch tested me with a few products and found one I could have. I now have lovely hair with no greys and back feeling myself I can’t thank the staff here enough & especially Madison who made sure I left feeling great.

Every time Darren cuts my hair, I get so many compliments. His hairdressing skills are first class. But to be honest, for someone who doesn’t like going to the hairdressers, all of the staff make the whole experience rather enjoyable. There is no messing about or hanging around and you are always made to feel like you are the most important client in the salon. Thank and well done to all the staff in the Wigan salon!

Lewis cut my grandaughter Laceys hair and straightened it she loves lewis doing her hair she loves the pampering she always looks forward to coming to the salon .

Amber is clearly an artist with hair colour. So I seriously rate the skills of staff here. That said, staff are evidently overworked and are therefore cramming as many jobs in as possible. So frequently (always in my case) whilst you may pay for a senior technician, you might not get that throughout the entire service. So in my case, the toner was not applied by the stylist I booked with. This is not a criticism of my colourist, it is a criticism of a company that, I presume, underpays staff to the point where multiple jobs must be crammed in. Amber was working on another client, as well me, so often I was sat with dye on my head too long, or at a sink with wet hair whilst another member of staff conferred with her (whilst she's working on another client) before taking over the job of finishing my hair. Toni and Guy should better reward their staff for their skills. The benefit would be twofold, happier clients and properly awarded staff. Nonetheless a fabulous job done, so many thanks Amber.

Madison did a great job today. The treatment that I had was suitable for my hair type and my hair looked and felt much better. My cut was nice and as I wanted.

Love visiting Toni & Guy, feels like coming back to a family you haven't seen for ages! Hair cuts, washes etc are suited to the customer completely and always what YOU need. Free advice and a lovely chat with friendly people. Would absolutely recommend to anyone and everyone.

Once again I feel completely satisfied with my experience at the salon. Maddison responded to my requests and cut my hair with great skill and precision. I left feeling satisfied once more.

Excellent as always. The nano keratin treatment is superb, lasting roughly 5 - 6 months. Improves and maintains the condition of my hair. Holds its shape with minimal heat styling. Prevents frizzy hair days in damp and humid conditions.
