Got a call that my appointment would be late. Maddison had a colour to do. When I got there the woman’s hair as thick as Berlin Wall. Maddi sorted me out as usual with aching feet. What a star. Thank you

Madison was really lovely when she cut my hair. She listened to what I said when I described how I wanted my hair cut and styled and was really careful not to cut too much (growing it out for my wedding). She was also really affable and chatty. I will deffo ask for the same stylist when I go back. My hair looked perfect when finished.

Great service attention to detail on colour amazing and a great cut would sefinetly recommend!

Olivia is so friendly and welcoming and genuinely listens and understands what you want. She makes you feel relaxed when you arrive and like new when you leave. Would highly recommend ????

Clean, friendly , efficient & value for money. Great welcome by Hazel, greeting, appt details taken , seat , mags & coffee offered & the stylist informed of your arrival & styist comes to discuss expectations of your hair Appt.
The salon is very clean bright & airy, with music playing in the background ( not too loud)
All staff smile & acknowledge you. Staff never talk over you, they talk to you. Good flow through the appointment, you always feel involved & know what is happening through out.
I am always pleased with How my hair looks & feels after my salon visit, & also for the advice about hair care .

Olivia very good and very professional- happy with haircut and price apart from additional charge of £10 for conditioner! Which was called intense something but was just a bit of conditioner which I think is excessive and I was going to purchase a bottle at £14 but the extra charge put me off.

Rang me to say I could be seen sooner than appointment time but if I couldn’t get there, it wasn’t a problem. Great Service , always with a smile. Staff are all helpful, happy and polite.

I came in the salon with 3 colours, my roots, part gingerish from a previous mistake and bleached bottoms. It was a massive job and they couldn't guarantee how my hair would react because of the state it was in. Well, I have never expected Amber to do such magic with my hair. Beautiful outcome, colour and cut. Thank you so much to all the ladies who put in such hard work into fixing my hair, I couldn't be happier with what I received. Everyone made me feel well taken care off and I'm happy to show it off!

Also thank you to the girl, whose name I didn't catch, for helping me around when I couldn't see much since I took my glasses off.

My second visit to Lewis and I hope to continue regularly. Lewis is an extremely professional, personable stylist who I would highly recommend.

I did enjoy coming to Tony & Guy like other times, Olivia is very skilfull in hair treatment and she is so friendly and welcoming, other staff are very nice as well. I get good energy whenever I go there.

Really good experience in the Wigan branch again. Only my second cut there but Lewis was an absolute star. Apart from the awesome cut he was really personable, friendly and great to talk to. Cheers Tony

Excellent as usual!

Always feel comfortable. Nice surroundings. Staff attentive. Best thinv is I always feel confident that my hair will be great when I leave. This has not always been the case and I do think it can be difficult to find the right salon. Lewis listens to what I want and gives advice accordingly. More expensive than most salons in the area but I think you only get what you pay for so worth it for me.

Lewis always cuts my sons hair to how Archie likes it. Lewis will ask Archie how short he would like to go and give Archie a fantastic all round experience.

Olivia listened carefully and really made me feel like it mastered to her that I was given the best style possible for me
