Thought I'd splash out and get a dramatic cut; and in all honesty, I've never had a better experience in a salon.

The team made me feel very welcome, and Reece took all my suggestions on board - a welcome change from other barbers who have balked - and delivered exactly what I wanted.

I also spoke to Gareth about adding colour, and both his consultation and the receptionist were super helpful.

Absolutely recommend; the team are a class act with a future repeat customer.

I was booked in for highlights with Gareth - we started with a discussion about my hair colour and he presented several solutions to my questions, taking on board everything I said. I was extremely happy with the end result- thank you! I was also given a brilliant blow dry, but I'm afraid I can't recall the name of the lady who did this.

My new blonde hair was scary at first but Levi did a fantastic job of making me feel better and although I was very apprehensive, now I am very happy with it. Thanks Levi! you did a fantastic job.
All the other staff were really lovely too x

Eve did colour and Charlotte did cut. Love the outcome but it all seemed a little clunky today. Everyone in there is so lovely but the full run of service didn’t seem to flow at all, and for money and ‘T&G experience’ I felt a little past from pillar to post. A new full time trainee lad took my foils out and washed my hair and it was genuinely unpleasant (I’m normally super understanding about trainees). He was really really rough handed and didn’t particularly talk to me to give direction, just pushed and pulled my head. And then kept banging the shower head against my head! I’m pretty laid back, but I genuinely got a head ache from it.
Overall the staff are really lovely and the finished product is really nice, I just feel they’re getting a little too chilled when they’re not ‘actively’ serving their client (if not colouring/cutting don’t feel like they have to oversee the process and leave juniors to it).
So sorry to ‘complain’!

I would highly recommend making an appointment with Gareth if you need highlights etc. Gareth is very knowledgeable in regards to colouring and I am really pleased with the results of my highlights today. Plus Scott cuts my hair and it always looks great.

Levi is really easy to talk to and made me feel really comfortable, something I find difficult when I go to salons.

She helped me feel better about my hair and left me feeling better about myself.

I wanted a dramatic change before leaving the country and Levi was so helpful with advising me what would suit me and giving me options to achieve what I wanted. She really put me at ease and I walked out of the salon feeling like a new woman. My friends all love the new cut too!

Don’t usually come to the salon mid week but really enjoyed the quieter atmosphere. Great hair cut and lovely chat with Gaz as always. Thank you for brightening up a dreary day!

I have been comining here for several years, every 5 wks or so for a cut and colour. The results are always good, very personalised, and the staff are really friendly and listen to what you want and make helpful suggestions.

Levi coloured my hair and Kelly cut it. I was a bit surprised at first because Lucy who normally does my hair had left but Levi and Kelly were both brilliant. Really happy with highlights and cut and I feel like both girls really listened to what I asked for and they were lovely and friendly.

Excellent colour as usual

After my first amazing cut I went back to *****. Unfortunately he ordered a ‘blonde’ shampoo without any discussion which stripped my blonde hi lites and made me completely grey!.. with my very short cut now looks disappointing. Don’t change the colour without asking!.. I will need remedial work on it.. and will need to find out what that is

Every time I go there I get more than I expect, all the staff are amazing and especially Gareth who always leaves a great expiration before I leave.

Charlotte is so good ! She listens to exactly what you want and has excellent customer service skills. My hair was perfect I would highly recommend Charlotte .

Wonderful cut, wonderful head massage. Levi was extremely accommodating in working with me to get a style I was happy with. She also gave me some very useful tips at the end.

Love this place the staff are welcoming and friendly had my hair done with Reece today listened to what I wanted and made up with the results thank you again
